While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Written by the company

Pallas Health is a telehealth service for medical weight loss and longevity care, connecting patients with US-licensed clinicians in all 50 states and Washington, D.C. We built Pallas around three ideas: care should be clinician-led, pricing should be transparent, and getting help shouldn't require a waiting room. Most visits are completed asynchronously — you answer a clinical intake from your phone, and a licensed clinician reviews your full health history before any prescription is considered. In the handful of states that require it, a short video visit is built into the process. Our weight-loss programs include FDA-approved brand-name GLP-1 medications such as Wegovy® and Zepbound®, as well as compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide prepared by US-licensed compounding pharmacies, prescribed only when a clinician determines treatment is clinically appropriate. Medication ships directly to your door, and every plan includes ongoing care — dose adjustments, side-effect support, and unlimited messaging with your care team. We also offer an NAD+ program, and every patient gets our free companion app for protein tracking, activity, and dose reminders. Pallas is LegitScript-certified. Our partner pharmacies are licensed and inspected by state boards of pharmacy, pricing is cash-pay with no hidden fees, and you can cancel anytime. Pallas offers both FDA-approved and compounded medications. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not generic versions of brand-name drugs. Eligibility and treatment are determined by a US-licensed clinician; results vary. Private pay only (no insurance). Operated by Brentmoor, Inc.
