Charlatans alert
These guys tried to sell me a used car with the double of miles they claimed and with an outstanding finance recorded. Thank god for history vehicles checks! Avoid these scammers!

Seriously avoid this garage especially on mobility they are con artists
Tried to charge my brother £500 pounds extra for his mobility car after he gave them his grant of £7000. Mobility confirmed this should not have happened.
Staff are also rude and unhelpful.
Luckily another garage did not charge this and his application went smoothly.
Also old guy in waiting area said he bern waiting nearly 4 hours for his service

Palmers Citroen Watford Farce. .
Today as requested by mail and confirmed over the phone. I took my Motability car to Palmers Watford for their requested service. Only to be told it is too early! But Palmers contacted me and confirmed by phone but the irritated man in service wanted to have one up on me by berating me saying” I should know when the service is due as I drive it so would be obvious” it is a 45 minute each way drive to Watford but he was not interested in my wasted time, fuel and earlystart to be there by 8am again requested. I have a Motoability car because I’m disabled and things aren’t easy but I do not need to be treated like a child and sent away as though it was my fault. It certainly was not. The Palmers group take great pride in advertising how long they have been in business and how they have superior customer service. Today proved what utter contempt they show and “ Motability won’t pay us so you will have to come back again” But Palmers contacted me and confirmed everything. I feel abused and distressed by their actions and hope that no one else receives such negativity. Palmers Watford, well done you NOT! But I guess Mr Grumpy is very pleased with himself.

Tried to charge me £147 to change a dash board light bulb (which costs less than £4). Queried this extorionate cost and it was reduced by 50%. Still too much! The work was marked as 'urgent' (even though I had pointed out it needed changing). I have not been left with a feeling of trust so walked away. Would not recommend.

Palmers 5* Garage
After both my father and auntie recommended Palmers, we visited to look for a family car (MG). My husband, our two children, and I asked to deal with Toby. Although he doesn’t usually handle this brand, he was incredibly accommodating.
I was quite apprehensive due to past negative experiences with car garages, but Toby completely changed that. He was honest, approachable, professional, and genuinely understanding. There was no pressure at all, and he really went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and supported throughout the process.
An excellent experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Palmers and especially Toby to anyone looking to buy a car.
Appallingly unprofessional Management and misrepresented car price
Spent 3 days deliberating over cash purchase of a car.
Priced at 12,249.
Booked test drive and this went very well and loved the car.
Intended to purchase, but they had advertised the incorrect price in the car and then would not honor it.
The employee who took test drive with me was very helpful and highly professional, so this is no reflection on them.
They honestly should be the manager of this branch and perhaps customer experience might improve.
Has really put me off ever buying Fiat again and I will submit a complaint to head office about the management at this branch.
However, I feel it will just fall into the abyss and further waste my time.
