I had a wonderful experience from start to finish with Palmetto Publishing. This book project was my first, and Palmetto patiently worked with me every step of the way. Their pricing was fair based on other companies I researched, and I would highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Palmetto---my project manager responded promptly to each of my concerns and kept the project moving at a good pace. I am happy with the resulting book. I got the consistent impression that she was highly concerned with my satisfaction and always tried to work with my requests.

My only negative experience probably resulted from coming over the Christmas holidays, but I found the Amazon listing for my book kind of by accident Jan. 2. I had assumed I would be alerted before the posting about when to expect it. So I was a little disappointed in not hearing beforehand and finding out on my own. To her credit, my project manager said the approval for the postings came when she was out for vacation days between Xmas and NYE and she didn't realize they would post ahead of her return to the office.

Also, when I asked about when my complimentary copies would arrive (knowing that I had friends who had pre-ordered and actually ended up receiving their books before I did, and I had to remind them that my order also included a hard back), it felt a little like someone had dropped the ball--as I was assured that even though Jan. 13 was the publish date, that I would not have to wait as long as everyone else, implying I would receive my copies even before the publish date--when my books actually ended up arriving in two shipments on Jan. 16 and Jan. 20.

Excellent customer service and assistance in all aspects of getting my book published. Awesome!!!!!

My program manager Julia and Palmettos Publishing customer services are really great. I am going too, after I get my program going, add four more books and hope to use Julia as my program manager for each book.

Simply put, they are the best!!Extremely knowledgeable about the industry, honest, courteous, and professional. Their response time to questions, how they treat clients and project timelines were quite impressive.
One thing that really stood out was if they did not have an answer they found somebody that did!! My Senior Project Manager, Chloe, was outstanding to work with. I am sure I was a challenge!! My project manager quit without notice and it was 10 days before I was told she was gone. I was on a tight deadline to publish, so this was annoying. Still, this was the only hiccup along the way.
