Have reached out 4 times and called trying to book in our company annual health check. No response, namely Emma Gerrard, who continuously has ignored emails even when asked by other members of the PAM group to reply.
Such a poor service. It's disappointing considering what it stands for.
I attended a pre-employment medical. As I have a medical history I handed the Dr a copy of my medical notes to make sure there was no confusion or details missed out. The Dr spent alot of time cracking jokes and messing around during the appointment.
I was issued a medical certificate reporting none of my history. This was in turn automatically submitted to my employer.
Within 4 months my employer had reviewed my medical history independently and compared it to the report sent by PAM Group. I was removed from my position with immediate effect.
As a result of this poor medical and notes being incorrectly recorded I ended up being out of work. The mental stress has been terrible and I have suffered financially as a result.

Report contained damaging suggestions that had not been mentioned during the
assessment. Refusal to amend suggestions I consider damaging to my health and wellbeing, asked for my situation to be passed on by complaints and was told they could not do that.
Resulted in being signed off work due to the stress caused by work, and encouraged by OH

I had an assessment with this organisation a few weeks ago. They then spoke to my manager over the phone about the assessment - despite me never giving consent to verbally discuss my assessment. I phoned Pam OH today and they said that it is up to the manager to gain explicit consent from the employee before a phone call can take place. However, I just obtained brief legal advice and if it is Pam OH discussing my personal data without my consent then it is Pam OH breaking GDPR rules. I need to raise this as a formal complaint as I’m going through legal action with my employer regarding disability discrimination with my employer and I’m deeply unhappy about any discussion taking place that I am not privy to.

I am an experience nurse on the wards hoping to get into OH which I have been trying for two years now.
I have applied with PAM numerous times for the trainee position. They still say I don't reach there criteria. Tell me what I need to do. 1. I have done my health surveillance training 2. Passed my first year of occupational health . 3. I have written experience in being a nurse writing reports and so on .
Being a nurse you can do any job . Think it is terrible not being shortlisted for a job . The job advertisement TRAINEE yes trainee tell me how i do not meet the criteria. Trainee means training to become an OHA, in which I have wanted for years. They don't even support my career. Terrible company . I won't give up. Absolutely disgusting

PAM OH being used by HS2, EKFB is abusive, bully trying numerous traps to make workers lose jobs by failing them on blood sugar, blood pressure, hearing test , vision field test.
Keep Demanding Evidence 🧾 keep writing demands in emails that no one can understand what they asking for.
Even my GP said tell them you are nurses don't try to act like Doctors.
Give Stress For Blood pressure and Diabetes Type 2, which further cause dangerous blood pressure and higher blood sugar levels by threats of losing job. Very unprofessional, Rude, Abusive and don't understand others as humans.
I Curse them that they lose their jobs with Constant Fear stress by yearly medical tests, medicine 💊💉🏥 stress forever.

Absolutely horrid company to deal with. Record every transaction for your own benefit as they will fabricate events. Incapable of following basic instructions and then will accuse you of being aggressive rather than deal with their own plethora of problems.
I have just finished radiotherapy for prostate cancer. I received a text on a Sunday from Pam worker, couldn't reply as no one answering the phone at the weekend. Anyway my final radiotherapy appointment was the Monday and I waited for there call, on the Tuesday. According to them they will call you 15 mins prior to the interview, which of course they failed to do, so you would think that it must be cancelled as they have not followed their own protocols nor given someone going through radiotherapy enough notice to deal with their unusual and questionable scheduling tactics.
Upon calling them up to explain their highly questionable actions, they would not even listen to me and hung up the phone. They then wouldn't answer the telephone but told my employer that I was "jamming their switchboard ".
Pam occ health was more detrimental to my wellbeing than the cancer I was being treated for.
Try and take this complaint on board. People are sick of your tired excuses, please fill in an official complaint form. No you take what people are saying as being serious and stop being such a horrid and pedantic organisation.
Every one of your complaints talks of your lack of communication and likelihood of fabricating your own events. A mystery as to why you are still in operation. Must do better.
Edit- what a surprise, please fill out an official complaint form. Complete joke of a company. Should be forced to stop trading.

Had an initial call with them, the clinician went on about how they were having an argument with their neighbor and their neighbor was playing loud music. Call didn't last very long, and when the report was sent to HR it included items which hadn't been mentioned on the call.
I asked work to instigate a second call as the first was falsified, and the clinician on the second call was very rude and constantly went on about me being medicated, even though I explained several times that my GP had said that isn't a good idea due to medication I'm already on, etc. But they kept going on about it, trying to push it, so in the end I just agreed to shut them up.
Then when they sent through the report they hadn't included any of this, and had lied about other items.
They then deleted the call before I was able to request a copy of it to ensure they couldn't be held accountable, even though a conplaint had been raised within the time frame for it to be kept.
The workplace coaching sessions have been instrumental in helping me with my return to work after being off with burnout. I've learned so much about myself and realized I have a lot of strengths that it's easy to forget about.

Provided an upskilling session for staff on Neurodiversity and while there were a few issues over terminology, the overall presentation was well thought out and covered many of the most important points. Well presented and answered questions knowledgably.

DO NOT USE TOTALLY INCOMPETENT
I had an assessment done with George Saunders and despite me thoroughly explaining surgeries and my issues etc for over and hour George Saunders completed the report putting in factual inaccuracies and contained things never discussed during the appointment.
They claim to be specialist when in fact they are totally incompetent and luckily for me I did give them the authority to record our conversation. They then apologised in writing via e-mail from Dev who then confirmed that I would receive an amended copy after listening to the recordings. A week later we are still waiting for this despite numerous telephone calls and e-mails to which you only receive excuses for it not being done.

Sadia Ahmad conducted a Neurodiversity Awareness Session, which was highly informative and enlightening. The session provided valuable insights into various aspects of neurodiversity. Additionally, Sadia provided me with a supplementary resource to take with me. Thank you for the excellent experience.

Calls booked in with no information about what will be discussed or the set-up. It's frustrating to be given less than 24 hours notice of when a call is happening as they take place on a working day. Not good for people with certain health conditions and for those who work in a front-facing workplace with customers... There is also no information on how to contact them to re-arrange said calls. I have had several appointments with different individuals and there appears to be no communication between them. On the last call, I was asked me why I was even referred to them in the first place! My report was sent through with recommendations and had incorrect information and errors on it. Things I discussed on the phone were not included in the report which were an important part of why I was referred to PAM OHS in the first place. Very very poor.

Massive language barrier to start with, no advice given during our consultation. I felt even more insecure that only exasperated my condition for mental health. I was asked why are you not at work!!! I turned down a month fit note from my GP a week earlier with an aspiration to return to work earlier. NO empathy or guidance, just told to speak with a manager. I was given lots of phone numbers which are out of service, including how to file a complaint!! I wish to have a recording of my consultation which I consented to for my protection also! I have no trust and confidence with this company.

Only given one star because I can't give zero!!! Terrible service mistakes on reports, misdiagnosed with white finger when in reality it's carpultunal. Original appointment to be assessed for white finger was done over a zoom call!!!!! Terrible service avoid at all costs

This company sent me a text with a date and time on it to have a call from one of their associates? I had no notification from my company that they were going to contact me. They didn't tell me why I had to have this call, or who I would be speaking to. Ever heard of Data Protection Rights? You'd no right to contact me without my permission.
