I purchased a Panasonic microwave NN-SF57QSQPQ with the trim kit when I got it home i found I could not see the control panel with out a flash light ????
the trim kit cost the same price as the whole microwave which is ridicules as it is just a piece of cheep stainless
I recently purchased a complete ducted HVAC system for a new house from a certified Panasonic agent who also completed the installation. The system fails to function inline with the advertised functionality. The whole installation was botched and I have been unable to find any success in resolving the matter with the agent or Panasonic Australia.
I now have to go through a long and costly legal battle to have the matter resolved.
Save yourself the heartache and stay away from Panasonic Australia and their dodgey representatives.
Two brand new ac making cracking sounds intermittently. Very annoying, Even in the user manual it states its normal which it isnt. Contacted Panasonic and after a month of emails they send someone out only to not produce any cracking sounds while here but of course when they left it started again.. They obviously know this is a problem as others are having the same problem with other brands as well. Of i knew this i wouldnt of bought Panasonic. Now they want to charge me if i call them again for the same fault if it doesnt happen while they are here. What a rort this is.

On Thursday 24th March 2022 I purchased a Panasonic DVD Recorder/VCR DMR-ES35 for $78.60 so I could transfer heaps of Videos to DVD for my friends and family but they won't work since the videos were recorded from a camcorder. I wouldn't recommend buying this because it is very hard to use.
