Excellent service, quick drive to/from the airport, easy communication overall + especially for airport pick up which comes straight after you leave the departure hall, comfortable minibus. Absolutely recommend!!!

We use this parking place repeatedly and it is always perfectly organised. When you arrive, there is an automatic system, which takes pictures of your car for damage (insurace) purposes, tells you where to park, but if you dont know how it works, the guy from Panda comes out and helps you. After parking your car the driver takes you immediatelly to the airport, no waiting. On the way back, the driver again comes within minutes (yesterday we even didnt have to call him and we met him at the meeting spot directly). For the car pick-up, the system is again fully automatic, you pay (cash or card) and the automat opens a drawer with your keys. You can have a coffee, which is nice before the long journey home, and your kids can have a lolly pop (it is these little things which make you feel comfortable). The car is ready before you arrive, it is parked so that you can drive out easily (no worries about scratching the other cars). Last year we decided to stay abroad few days more, there was no problem with prolonging the parking time. We previously tried another parking place as well (Panda was fully booked), but this other parking place was further from the airport and the car was parked under pine trees so it was quite dirty afterwards).
We will be definitely using this place in the future again!

A friendly, professional and easy to use service. We've used them many times whenever we fly from Vienna. They keep improving their services from offering contactless check in, free coffee, bigger vans for drop off and pick up, and a super easy way to let them know you are waiting for a pick up. The staff has always been friendly and speak English, Slovak and German.
We also find it cheaper than parking at the airport and they make you feel like a valued customer.

I try the Panda Parking the first time and it worked all very well: Checkin/Checkout very fast, nice Taxi Bus, short way to the airport.
