I have asked a self-exclusion due to gambling addiction. Despite that, they harass me by sending promotional emails on both of my emails addresses and sms messages to join their new casino Vipsta, which brought me into gambling again and i lost more money. They refuse to refund me saying it's my own responsibility if i decided to join.
I'm sorry but that argument is nonsense knowing they were the one contacting me to join their new casino, especially after i writtenly asked a closure because i have developed a gambling addiction. I'll contact swiss gambling commission and I'll submit a complaint on casino guru so everyone sees how they behave and don't respect responsible gambling and take advantage of people's weakness.
