I ordered a beanie
I ordered a beanie. They sent me the wrong one...it happens. I contacted them and sent it back the next day. I was told the correct hat was on its way. Two weeks later, I reached out again. Again, they told me it was on the way. Now it's been well over a month, and now they just don't respond to my chats. No hat, no refund. They are just keeping both. I can see the 'replacement' is just sitting in their queue since 1/7.
