What a great company to deal with, I wad a bit wary at first because they were so cheap. But the panels were really good quality, well packaged and I wad kept updated from the time I placed my order allbthe way through to delivery.

i hate to compare stuff because different stuff are in different leagues, and panelhub are clearly the top of the top. after being scammed by british homes direct, its like going from hell to heaven dealing with panel hub, they are the best. customer service, communication is 10/10. everyone asks about my panelling and i always tell them, make sure you go to panel hub and not anywhere else!

Panels were not the same thickness as…
Panels were not the same thickness as the first batch I purchased. Very thin and flimsy, so difficult to to up, hag to glue the whole panel instead of just screwing them to fix to the wall. The fixing of the battens to the backing material wasn’t as good either so this had to be super glued back after cutting. Looked ok once they were up, but wot purchase again.

Placed an order with PanelHub and within the hour they called me to confirm the order and let me know that I would be receiving an email with delivery information. The Panels arrived a week later.
Panels are as described, and what we chose. The are so easy to cut and install.
Would definitely recommend this company. Great quality product and customer service, which is very rare these days.

They don’t stock bi-folds (apparently the photo was wrong) yet it is still on their website.

I first came to know about panel hub 2 weeks ago when I wanted wall paneling, they have lots of choice and colours, but stupidly I ordered 1 when I should have ordered 2,but when I contacted them to reorder they were really helpful,and watched out for my online contact,so they could match up the batch colour, on delivery they gave me notice and options,its just a shame that I have had to pay £19.99 delivery twice ,but that was my fault not theirs as i misjudged my needs, the quality is also good,and customer services were really friendly, which made a big diffrencd speaking to an actual person, who understood my needs, wud defo recommend. Really pleased.

Delivery was a joke, poor communication and abandoned the panelling in the lobby of my building then lied that it wouldn’t fit in the lift
Customer service is even worse with passive aggressive responses
