Amazing store, incredible customer service
I was scouring the internet for copies of a comic series I'd just started collecting and there were many missing from shops in my home country (UK.)
I stumbled across panelsandpawns when doing a reverse image search of a specific cover. They seemed to have all the ones I was after which seemed to good to be true, but after checking with Fred he told me he didn't really advertise and some of the website needed updating but yes they were all in stock. He said he didn't normally bother with international shipping but he switched the function on so I could order! I am so impressed by the customer service and everything arrived so fast (arrived in less than 5 days from the date of order) and was packaged with such meticulous care, each comic bagged and boarded and so well protected, which is more than I can say of any of the UK shops I've ordered from, which all seem to delay and cancel many of my orders. Wish you were a local shop so I could order from you every time. For a large order though shipping isn't too bad all things considered.
