Abysmal customer service
Abysmal customer service, placed an order on the 9th December 2024, as of today 10th February 2025 I still don't have my order, I have chased up a number of times on email to find out where it is as requested to do so via the website and have never received a response from them.
It does genuinely look like there literally is no customer service department at all. Orders are taken over the web only, the phone number listed simply goes to an automated response saying no one is available to take your call (I've tried this over 20 times at varying times throughout the week and at differing times in the day and still get the same response.)
They have a web chat available but this is not a manned webchat, its a simple note taking system that asks for your email and order number then notifies you that someone will email back, which they don't.
I am now looking to make a legal claim back on my credit card for the money I spent with them, not sure if this is a scam website or not.
