Good service but expensive for the price. You could get similar resources at much lesser cost from Upwork or Freelancer, but then this company saves the legwork by pre-vetting the candidates.

So at the end of the day, it's upto you. If you want to save extra money by doing the vetting yourself or would like to save time and go for pre-vetted candidates.

Pangara allowed me to fill my team shortage in a very short time with the right person. Communications with an oversea person, given cultural and time differences, need a little more effort than usual. On the other side the freelancer I worked with has been a very nice person, fast working and always available to help.

They send out spam. "Hi, you've previously been in contact with Pangara and I would like to follow up" which is just false and misleading. If you're any good, then there's no reason to start the first impression with a lie.

Our experience with Pangara has been excellent. We had a difficult request to design a bespoke piece of software with many different elements.

Their skill was in finding a selection of software engineers who had the right experience to help us with our design. We were then able to interview them to explain precisely what we needed. But one key element was that we could work with the software engineer for two weeks and if we weren't completely happy, we could stop and we would not need to pay for the engineers time.

In my direct experience, this is incredibly rare which goes to show how much confidence they have in helping choose the right engineer in the first place.

Something else which was important to us is that the engineer offered his ideas about how something could be done which in the end was better than the way we had thought it could be. It was clear to us that he had really thought about the project and was keen to make sure it was a success.

We have been working with Pangara for a relatively short time but all dealings with the company have been highly professional and I would highly recommend them.

Pangara has provided us with skilled and trustworthy developers at a reasonable price.

The platform was very easy to use, and the developer we chose was well suited to the task and delivered the project successfully.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Frustrating, slow, disappointing, mislead.
A Project that we were told would take just a few weeks, (3-4) has finally been "completed" over 6 months later. When I saw completed, I mean 90% done, it's still not working.

We had 2 developers from this company - one of which went AWOL, the other had to cover their work, which still isn't working 100% accurately.

Pangara asked for a new contract to be signed, which we did. Then AFTER that, and work had been started - they then announced they wanted to retrospectively increase their prices! When we said we would honour the rate as per the contract but not the increase they told the developer to cease working and not honour the contract. This is totally unacceptable.

Should I agree to any rate then retrospectively reduce how much I would pay this would be unacceptable to them I have no doubt.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Pangara offers a good on boarding with a great selection of developers. Communication is spotless and efficient. I recommend.
