If you are paying for something you should get it. Not only did I not receive what I paid for, the humans behind this are, well, unpleasant. This originated in KickStarter. Early backer, ordered multiple units. Only received one. Talked to customer service, took pictures, sent them to the company. They told me I received two units. Let me say that again: They told ME I received two units. Pictures of what I received clearly showed just one. So they have stolen from me. I would tell my credit card company to do something about it... but Pangissimo was late TEN (10) months. I had already been charged the full amount 10 months ago... and on top of that my credit card company had been compromised (not related). So the "customer service" (or lack thereof) is peeing in the bed that they have to sleep in... I would rate this company with zero stars, if I could. I have read other people's reviews now about the company not standing behind their product. That stinks because this product had potential.

Put on their page a 14 day satisfaction guarantee which they do not honour. They just ignore you. There is a delay in the speaker making the sound quality very bad so was not satisfied with the product but illegally do not allow returns.

On the kick starter page They said that there were 14 day returns and I was not happy with the sound quality and they refused to return it.
