I highly recommend this company, I have been ordering record sleeves from them for a few years now and find their prices to be the lowest and the products are top quality. Their communication is quick and friendly, I have only experienced an issue on one occasion which was dealt with promptly and resolved in a friendly manner. A top company, prompt responses to enquiries, great products, well packaged, quick delivery and excellent customer service.

Excellent quality record sleeves. Quick delivery and well packaged.

Placed an order over over a month ago and I sent their customer service many emails and no one followed up at all. After a few weeks someone finally replied and stated my order already shipped. I replied asking for the tracking number. I emailed again because there was still no tracking number after several emails again. Two weeks pass and still no reply. I followed up again and I finally receive an email stating they could not locate my order after confirming via email two weeks ago it shipped. Here is the best part. Panmer insisted on me to pay $65.00 additional for shipping since shipping costs increased or else they would cancel the order. That made no sense since I placed my order a month ago and already paid in full. They wanted me to pay additional shipping but forget the main point here is they never shipped my order in time so now they want me to pay to cover their mistake. The self claimed owner Nineveh’s Shah emailed me threatening me to either pay or they will cancel my order and issue a full refund! A managing director followed up and was just as horrible as the customer service team so it all made sense. Lack of intelligence and brains over there at Panmer. The company is a complete joke! Panmer expects a customer to pay additional shipping charges when they never shipped the order to begin with when they clearly made the mistake NOT me! I would not recommend this company at all. Unprofessional to say the least. VERY DISAPPOINTING! AVOD AT ALL COSTS.
