I ordered the mecha 45 last year looking for a chunky statement watch.
It arrived within the specified period. The packaging/box was excellent. Even better than I hoped for. The watch itself is exactly what I was looking for and has worked perfectly for the few months I’ve had it. I bought the watch with the metal strap and I’m about to buy one of the rubber/ silicone straps to get an alternative look should I feel like it. Good value for the price I paid.

I had bought before the Panzera FLIEGER 45G and this is my second Panzera watch, the Panzera AQUAMARINE 45C blue dial, and this watch is perfect. The quality and the craftsmanship are superb and in par with the best of the Swiss watches. It feels solid and the look is amazing. I've been getting complements on the watch from friends and colleagues all the time. In addition, their customer service is very responsive and always available to help and support whenever needed.

Easy to order and very fast customer service. The watch was shipped and received much faster than I expected. The watch and watch strap are of very good quality, even better than I expected. The only thing I think could be better is the luminance on the hour and minute hands. The watch is a little difficult to see in the dark. Otherwise a great watch, my 3 Panzera, and I have another one on order.

This is my 1st Panzera watch. After receiving it & seeing the Quality of it I know it will Not be my last. I purchased the Mecha 45C Blue the Look, Weight & Quality is outstanding & I couldn't be Happier.

I have purchased three watches from Panzera over the last few years. Always with a rubber strap, as they are very comfortable. I wanted a change for one of them and ordered a metal bracelet.
When it was delivered, there was a hole in the envelope and the bracelet was missing.
Upon seeing this and verifying the information from the courier company, along with video footage from my home, it was clear to me that something happened along the way. Somehow, the bracelet was "liberated" from the delivery envelope. By accident or on purpose is anyone's guess.
I contacted Panzera and explained the situation along with all the pertinent details. Bernadette and the team were quick to verify things on their end and graciously offered to send a replacement to me. It came quickly and looks great.
I took a chance in contacting them with what happened, in the back of my mind understanding that they didn't have to legally do what they did.
I just wanted to send a thank you and appreciation for their understanding and amazing customer service.

Always a great experience dealing with them.

The customer service i experience with Panzera especially with with Bernadette and Grace was one of the best customer service experiences I have had. Bernadette was extremely helpful on my choices and questions and answers. I love the Mecha 45 I purchased. I actually purchased the white dial, but returned / exchanged it for the blue dial and everyone was extremely helpful. I'm actually going to purchase the new Longreach with the white dial and I am looking very forward to receiving that when its production is complete / available.

Panzera 45C - the sales team is awesome from the start of the purchase to the delivery of the items is real quick, the watch is exactly how I saw in the ad. After I have set the time I could tell that this watch is excellent.

The quality of my FLIEGER 45G is incredible. Got my bracelet adjusted by a watch expert/repairman to be told it is as good if not better then some the more expensive watches out there and he’d be very happy to wear one himself. My wife and I are planning to buy him one also as a gift for his 40+ years of military service.
Shipping was a breeze and extra fast 5 business days from purchasing to receiving Australia to Canada.
Looking forward to my next Panzera purchase.

Just took delivery of my new AQUAMARINE 45 white dial on blue leather strap (to go alongside my AQUAMARINE 45 blue dial on rubber). Absolutely loving the wave effect pattern on the white dial. Delivery was super quick (from Sydney to UK). Communications from the PANZERA team was first class. Very pleased with both my recent purchases. Great quality. Great service. Great price. Keep up the good work.

I am a first time Panzera customer, I am a watch collector, Rolex, Omega, IWC and Hublot watches in my collection. So this was a big departure from my usual purchases. The level of customer service and communication is second to none, big shout out to Bernadette here, phenomenal and kept me appraised of every stage of the journey. The delivery service was also exceptional. I also had a small problem with the watch and Bernadette helped resolve that with great efficiency. I bought the Mecha 45c as I was looking for an everyday watch which was robust and looked great on the wrist. This watch certainly hit the brief. I am so impressed with Panzera, I have already made a second order a Longreach 43G. Really looking forward to receiving that watch.

The service and communication was excellent, the staff were professional, attentive and worked to help us resolve some last minute additions to the order. We were so impressed with the quality service, speed and quality of the watches (yes we bought two they are that good!).

Great personal service, lots of communication and help, i even changed my mind about the watch colour after ordering and this request was dealt with with no issues.

I have had a wonderful experience with the people at Panzera. They made ordering easy and the price is exceptional. I experienced a setback and had to cancel and order but once I recovered from that they assisted me in a reorder. I have not met a finer bunch of folks. I already have the Flieger 45G and I love it. Keeps great time and looks out of this world. I have had many compliments on it.

The second watch I have purchased and both are top notch. I have a collection of high value watches and the Panzeras are tremendous value for money and my "go to" watches. Thanks again for a great product.

Super customer service - as good as you will get ANYWHERE. They show empathy and understanding, something most big companies ignore. Panzera DO NOT take customers-potential customers for granted. They don’t live off their Brand name.

Love my new watch and sunglasses. Classivo 43 is well made and love the look and stainless steal band. Super customer service via the website and emails when I reached out to contact them with a question. I rcvd a response within hours.

From day 1 the care and support from them was nothing short of incredible. They responded to me so quickly and put me at rest. The Watch Mecha M45 is one off the best Dive watches I’ve ever dealt with. I have owned BREITLING TAG and Bremont but this not only looks the part build quality is fantastic and the locking system works better than others I have owned. I cannot stress enough how good this Watch is from build quality to Customer service they are amazing. Also even if you do not dive the Watch will look great in any situation
