I ordered my first set of paperblanks products from their website. I ordered the wrong size and returned at my expense for a refund. 8 weeks on I am still waiting for a refund. I have since bought paperblank products from Amazon in the correct size and the service on Amazon is so much better. Avoid buying from their main website. I have contacted customer service multiple times but very very dissapointed in the lack of response.
I am still waiting for my address book which I ordered and paid for (!) over two weeks ago. I have been in touch with them several times, but still not received a date of despatch. They offered a refund but I want to receive the address book as it is a present requested by my mother.
I ordered two journals (one was half its price) and a bookmark. The shipping was 10 days from Germany to Italy (10 days...) and I didn't receive one of the journals. I didn't receive any notice from the brand about this and when I wrote them, they replied after days. At the end they gave me a refund but I didn't like the experience with the brand.
I order online from this company every year for my diary and at random times for their other equally beautiful items. Really good quality journals and diaries. A very wide range with something for all tastes.
They arrive very promptly well packaged and via DHL. Communications are excellent and there are regular offers via their enewsletter.
