I ordered a tracksuit to my son over a month ago and I haven't received it yet.
I have been communicating without a response. Now I don't know what to do

So I have had a half bad experience with paper flow, I ordered a tracksuit which was too small in size (not their fault) and the postal service opened the package with a knife which made a cut in the track, so I wrote to paper flow on insta and they told me to send pictures and so on. Then it came to me wanting a new tracksuit which they said okay to and told me to wait until the postal office answers so they can get the money back and me a new tracksuit, I then waited almost a month and they kept setting the date further and further every time I ask them if an update, then in the end I decided to get a refund because it had taken to long, which they said okay to, so now I have waited the days they told me to wait but still no refund I just wrote to them so either I’ll remove the post if the refund is just backed up or they just scammed me

Terrible experience!!
I ordered an item that stated 1 - 5 days delivery time which is what I required. However, following payment I noticed my order was documented as a pre-order and delivery would be approx 3 weeks. This would have been too late so I contacted the company via their online chat and explained the situation. The person replied that it was stated at the time of ordering that this would be the case and I was rudely told for “future reference read before purchasing.” I informed the advisor that this was not stated at the time of ordering but they repeatedly stated that it did (whatever happened to the customer is always right). Eventually as there were no other options I asked to cancel the order but after agreeing the advisor continued to argue about the delivery and that it was my error. I was so upset to be spoken to in such a manner that I asked for their complaints procedure at which point the advisor informed me that I was actually speaking to the CEO of the company and asked the problem. I stated again that I wanted to know their complaints procedure but the answer was that they did not have one. I therefore left the call.
Despite their agreement to a refund, during the conversation, this was not forthcoming and after several emails back and forth with excuses as to why I hadn’t received my money back I had no option but to ask PayPal for their assistance. Eventually, thanks to PayPal I did receive my money back, after several weeks.
I would never use this company again and would strongly advise others not to do so. From what I can gather from Company House it appears to be a ‘one man band’ affair so it was quite likely I was speaking to the CEO. I can’t believe that the company will have much success or growth if the person who owns it continues to treat their customers in the way that I was treated! Avoid at all costs!
