Ordered the largest print size (70x100cm). Print is on good quality stock and is a beautiful artwork but it is pixelated when viewed up close. After reading about how much care Paperministry put into their print quality and the premium cost I thought it would be better but alas it’s not great. It looks fine from afar so not worth the postage cost to send back to Denmark. Would order from here again but at a much smaller size.
I bought a print from here and although the paper was of good quality I ordered the largest size and it looked stretched and pixelated.
I returned it at my own expense and then heard nothing for ages, I contacted them and the chat box service which says they 'reply immediately' is not true, I waited over an hour for a response and then they brushed me off when the said they hadn't received it.
I gave them proof of postage and still nothing. I contacted them again, but am still waiting for a response on their chat window. Terrible customer service! And still no refund after returning it 2 months ago!
