Christmas Lawn Ornament scam

I ordered large multi colored ornaments for my lawn. They were on sale for $89 for 3 ornaments which is a very good price for the lawn ornaments they pictured. Their website says they ship in the USA and that they guarantee 100% satisfaction and way returns. As soon as my payment was processed I could tell the company was based in China. Also, the pictures that were used of the items were actual taken from the Grandin Road catalogue. About three after my order I get a small plastic bag in the mail that was mailed from WA. What I received was three small beach balls that have a ornament type of shape top. They are beach ball sized and weighonly a few ounces. What was pictured was large ornament that would be thigh high and be able to be placed on your lawn. What I received could not be placed on your lawn and were some small and flimsy they would not be seen, not to mention how they wouldn't just blow away and pop. I asked for a refund and kept getting the run around. They offered to give me a 40% refund that I refused. They told me I would have to return them to an address in China which I have no idea what that will cost. Now, they have stopped communicating completely after I told them I would take a 80% refund. I really want a full refund as the beach balls will go in my trash. If is was to estimate the value of what I received, I would say $2.50 I am at a loss what other avenues do consumers have on the Internet have besides leaving negative reviews. Their website is very professional looking and thier products look great, so learn from my mistake and stay clear of ordering from them. Total scam!

Papertaken - you'll be taken

On December 7, 2021, I ordered and paid for some Christmas presents for my family. When they hadn't arrived by Monday, December 20, I wrote to them (since they don't have a customer service number), and the response that was written back was "it was shipped, here's the tracking number. The tracking number was in Chinese and there was no carrier listed. Their Mission Statement assures you that you get your money back. The company is not answering me nor did they ever mention it was a Chinese company. I am out of my hard-earned money. Buyer beware.
