I ordered a personalised recipe book and I absolutely love it! It’s really beautiful and means so much to me as it’s for my son. I am unwell and I wanted something special to share with him. We love cooking together so a recipe book with all our favourites seemed like the perfect idea.

Photobook creator function was very glitchy. Got stuck on the “wheel of doom” for days after I’d built most of the book, before I managed to get it working again in an incognito browser. Continued to freeze there and lose changes mid-way, so it has been a frustrating process to create the book.

I purchased a personalised remembrance card.
The whole process of creating it, personalising it and paying for it was very straight forward.
I will definitely use this company again.

It’s nice stuff, but Papier need to fix their glitchy website interface. Making a photo book is so infuriating by the end I didn’t even want it, but so much effort it felt like I was invested enough to justify the very spenny price. Maybe using some of that hefty profit margin on a web designer could be a plan.

Not delivered on time at all, fake delivery date. Also, I paid a lot of money for thick construction paper. Quality was awful.

The product is brilliant, however, they use Evri as a delivery company which really does let them down.

I found it so difficult to make my photo books. Yes there were a lot of pages but it was so slow and kept shutting me out of the website without saving the last thing I had done so I had do it again. They took days to make as I got so fed up with the process at times. I also found the limit of 24 pages not enough and by the time I realised there was another option I had already put so much time and effort into the other books I couldn't face starting again

$20 standard shipping was really steep for 2weeks+ once shipped and no tracking updates. Definitely deters me for future purchases, the product was good quality and reasonably priced.

I have been waiting for the weekly diary to come back for months now - I was told to check back after a couple of weeks and did... every week... for about 3 months. I contacted the team twice about this and they said it should happen and to just keep an eye out but we're already a quarter of the way through the year, and I haven't purchased a diary (something i look forward to doing each year) and now I have decided to bite the bullet and purchase one that is not exactly what I wanted and still have to wait a further 2+ weeks for delivery. If I knew it wouldn't be coming back in to stock (which it seems like it won't be at all) then I would have gone ahead and ordered a different option a long time ago. Really wasted a lot of my time and I'm pretty disappointed. Next year I think I will look elsewhere.

Excellent quality product.

I personalised a papier gratitude journal with photos on its cover. The next morning I found out that my dog had passed away but I had already placed my order. I contacted CS asking to amend my order so I could add the photo with my dog on it, so I can look at him when I journal. They were very helpful and today my journal arrived, the photos are perfect and my little angel dog is smiling from the cover. Thank you Papier 💖
