The heavy paper weight in the reading journal convinced me that it is a quality product. I can't wait to receive it. The option to personalize it is lovely. I forgot to add the discount code and the chat function helped me out.

I ordered thank-you cards from Papier and was really impressed with how beautiful and high-quality they were. The paper felt thick and premium, and the design looked exactly as expected — very elegant. However, I was disappointed with the ink color I selected for the inside message. It printed much lighter than anticipated and ended up being difficult to read. For the price, I expected better readability. Overall, gorgeous cards and great quality, but I’d recommend choosing a darker ink color for the inside text.

My initial product (photo book) came with an error. I contacted the Papier team and Nicole was very helpful and prompt with a response. Will definitely be purchasing again.

Lovely products

This is the 3rd year I'm buying a planner for me and my daughter. We both prefer the spiral binding because it lays flat. She gets the academic planner and I get the mid-year planner. It works amd its the first planner we have actually used. The personalization is the cherry on top!

Easy website ordering, beautiful designs and customization

I found it quite straightforward to put an album together and edit it after I'd got used to using the templates. I loved all the different options available for the pages and was very pleased with the end result. I was feeling rushed and would have liked to have had time to add some text to the pics but I'll make sure to do that next time.

The cards are really nice and get sent out quickly.

Clear, web layout I like this way it is explanatory you can change text. You can add a very fresh website. I really like a well-being journal and have been looking for one for awhile and I really was taken in by your Designs.

Great product, good design and easy to use website at affordable prices

Received my first time order discount code, had to contact customer service, who didn't read my initial email, and asked for things to be provided that had already been provided. Then, randomly, like a week later, the discount code was functional, so I could finally complete my purchase. Also opted to be notified when an Item was restocked, got the email, and the item was still sold out online. Very glitchy experience

Front page isn’t centred, 3 pages missing straight away when you open it also, the worst part is below.

You’ve got “your text here” on the front page it’s an absolute disgrace there was no point even sending it I couldn’t even give it to my wife.

Lovely quality printing and paper! I've used a variety of different companies to print photobooks and Im thrilled with the end result of this one. There are some lovely formats to work with and opportunity to customise the design. Overall its really simple and user friendly. The only suggestion I would add is easier capacity to add in additional photos when you are working in your project -without having to start a new project.

The notebook I ordered is lovely. It’s my third papier custom notebook and I just love them.

Overall very good, the design options are enough to please most but the caption options are not. There should be allowances for using different weight/italics with in the same sentence, sometimes you need to give a word emphasis, that isn’t possible at the moment? As my old teacher used to say, all round OK but could do better!
