Such a beautiful book, even better than how I thought it would be. Arrived so quickly as well!

I was contacted by Natalia after I made a mistake with my order, and she was incredibly helpful throughout the process. My books arrived on time, beautifully packaged, and in excellent condition. Excellent delivery time and quality of books, although I was sent the complete wrong book

Great quality with beautiful illustrations. Fast delivery too. They also very kindly upgraded me to a hardcover for free. So very happy with this product, was a great wee gift for Father’s Day.

I am writing to let you know how disappointed and frustrated I was with my recent book order. This item was intended as a gift, and the state it was delivered in is completely unacceptable.

Upon opening the package, I found the book wet and already falling apart. The pages are warped, the cover is damaged, and it is not in a condition that can be given as a present. This is extremely disappointing.

The book was shipped in a simple cardboard envelope, which clearly provided no protection against moisture or damage during transit. For any item—especially one intended to be a gift—this kind of packaging is insufficient. Books should be securely wrapped in waterproof and protective materials to prevent water damage and avoid bending during transit with the postal service.

Delivery and quality

Absolutely love. They arrived today and are stunning. Fantastic quality, fast turn around, I love that you can write a little note. My daughters are going to love them when it’s in their Easter basket 🥰

My experience from ordering online to receiving the actual book was great! My daughter loved her personalized book so much that she showed it to all her friends.

Editing review to retract previous comments. Although there were a few delays with the delivery, their excellent customer service more than made up for it. They kept me informed throughout the process and were quick to resolve any issues. Overall, I'm very happy with the service and would definitely use them again! The book is wonderful and very high quality and I wish Natalia all the success

The story & illustration itself is great but the book has come significantly damaged and can’t be gifted as intended. While this is partially the fault of the delivery service, the packaging isn’t enough to protect and it doesn’t look like there was anything on the parcel to advise people to be careful. Now there is a massive bend in the book cover and spine. I have contacted the company five business days ago now and have heard no response.

Update: I’ve received a response from the business today with an explanation behind a delay in response along with two solutions offered for the damaged book: 1. Reprint & send express or 2. Full refund. I’ve decided to go with option 1. As the illustrations are beautiful & so is the personalised story.

The book is absolutely gorgeous. Everything I hoped for and more! Really enjoyed reading it to my little one on his 2nd birthday. However, there was one typo I noticed so only gave 4 stars :)
