overpriced, uncomfortable, and poor customer service
Pros: the chair looks nice and the recline and tilt mechanisms work well.
Cons: 1) the seat is quite hard, plan on buying a cushion if you want a comfortable seat.
2) I paid for the upgraded wheels. I would not recommend them because they do not offer any locking mechanism. I would not recommend the purchase of their upgraded wheels, Amazon offers similar products at the same price but that include locking mechanisms. 3) I like the attitude of their customer service. After my purchase I received an email from Parcon inviting my feedback. I replied, indicating that I was mostly satisified but I wish they offered a locking wheels. I thought the company wanted feedback on how to improve their product, but this turned out not to be the case. Instead of their customer service thanking me for my feedback they responded telling me that I would see what I was buying. To me this the opposite of appreciating customer feedback which strikes me as offensive considering they ASKED ME for my feedback. I can send the wheels back but this will cost me shipping and so it is hard to justify. Instead I am more likely to buy another set of wheels from Amazon, and have vowed never to give Parcon one penny more, and this is largely because of the response of their customer service. Again they ASKED ME for my feedback and I gave it, the tone of their response was entirely inappropriate.
I would not recommend this product or this company.
