Meine Erfahrung mit Paradigma ist leider negativ. Der Kundendienst und die Wartung sind sehr schwierig zu bekommen, und nach der Installation gab es keine zuverlässige Betreuung. Es ist außerdem schwer, einen anderen Fachbetrieb zu finden, der die Wartung übernimmt.
Meine Empfehlung: Lieber nicht kaufen. Wenn ich mich noch einmal entscheiden müsste, würde ich mich für einen anderen Hersteller wie Weishaupt entscheiden.
Im März diesen jahres mußte meine neue calima (lambda) Wärmepumpe von Ritter Paradigma wegen eines verstopften Verdampfers ausgetauscht werden .
Eine neue Wärmepumpe wurde zugesagt.
Leider hat sich das Teil als gebrauchter Rückläufer mit neuem Typenschild herausgestellt.
Weder die erste noch meine jetzige Wärmepumpe wurden aufwendigen Reparaturen unterzogen. (Laut ausführenden Unternehmen.)
Das heißt weder ich noch der Besitzer meiner ersten Wärmepumpe haben jetzt ein fehlerfreies Gerät.
