AVOiD this company
I bought a small trimmer for my dogs paws
The product is rubbish
I contacted to say I wanted to return it
Where they said no and tried to fob me off with offering 10%
I declined so many times it got boring
Then they went 20% then 40% refund to get me to keep it
I wanted to send it back

They then offered my a china address to send it to knowing it would cost silly money

They offered 50% refund I got so fed up I took it

They are scammers !!
Save you’re money they are not a UK supplier

I ordered and paid for a Scratch Board on 1st Oct 2023, sent an email on 8th Dec chasing delivery, not had a reply. Just sent another email !! not happy at all !!

Absolutely gorgeous and beautiful product and fast delivery just over a week

Ordered on 11 December arrived 20th given the Xmas rush thought this was good. Customer service sent me a Royal mail tracking number. Lovely engraving. Very happy, will use again.

I ordered my sniffing ball on the 14th of October and I still haven't received it,no one is interested in answering my e-mails

I placed an order on 15 October for a Scratchboard but despite several e-mails to them I have not received my order. 08

Ordered on 25/10 and item never arrived despite me emailing them a couple of times. Gave some half assed excuse that they’d been inundated with orders. Eventually sent another email saying if you can’t deliver please refund and they say they’ve refunded. I’ll wait and see. Wouldn’t order if you’re in a hurry or want to see the item delivered. Honestly I think my poor old cat would be dead by the time it did arrive if ever!

Wish I had taken heed of the reviews, but I gave them a chance and hoped I would be the exception - I wasn't. Item never arrived.

Go to Happy Poppy instead, ordered same item and it has arrived.

ordered a cat scratch board on 07/10 and despite numerous emails etc finally threatened them with solicitors. Amazingly got an email back stating order had been cancelled on 15/11 - still no response to when i get my refund!!!!
Avoid this company (if thats what it is) like the plague

17/11 - wonders will never cease monies have been refunded in my account. Shame it took so long to get to this conculsion. Will never buy from this group again.

No need to over complicate this review. They’ve taken the money and now no communication or product. Scam.

Avoid this company, been waiting for my parcel for 7 weeks, not confident it will actually arrive. Tracking number stopped working after 1 month. Emailed company they said sorry for delay and gave me a discount code (like I'm going to be fooled again) said my parcel will be with me in 5-7 days that was 3 weeks ago. Save your money. Found this company on Instagram

This company has great communication. The customer service was excellent, and the product was exceptional! I ordered a 3D Crystal Keepsake of my dog Max. The cystal 3D imagery truly represents how Max looked. It's amazing how when I move within the room, I look at Max and his eyes appear to follow me. True workmanship, thank you.

Rubbish company they send you crap product when you provide a photo do not use this company they ripped my mum off a pensioner who had just lost her pet they refuse to give a refund or do the item again avoid this company I would rather catch covid and go on a ventilator than use these con merchants again

Avoid going to see if I can get my money back on credit card Facebook needs to take this site down

After ordering I only then looked at reviews. Then started to think I had been scammed. I was sent Post Office tracking number that didn't give me any information and was ready to call credit card company to try to retrieve money. HOWEVER after 7 days from ordering i Received my order this morning. It is ABSOLUTELY beautiful. 💯 I ordered light stand too which makes it look even better.

Why is zero stars not an option?

Chinese sellers using a Germany company probably for money laundering.

Domain name pets-buy.com as well as paradise-for-pets.con registered to GoDaddy using fake details.

Absolutely the worst place to buy pet memorials from. Still waiting for an order from over a month ago. I did some digging and the whole story behind this site isa fake story.
The prices they charge are triple sometimes quadruple of what you can buy the exact same products elsewhere.

They can easily afford the miserly 10% donation to charities (I am unable to find proof of any donations" as they rip-off with extortionate mark-ups.

The product looks good. But that’s where it ends !! They tell you your order has been despatched but all it tells you from the Royal Mail website is that it’s on its way 3 weeks ago ! Conveniently the only way to contact them is via email but I’ve sent over 5 emails and they still haven’t replied !
