Stay away from these scammers

Stay away from these scammers. They stole my money. After purchasing from them with an unsecured payment method (Revolut), the goods never arrived. After a month, I asked for an explanation as to why the products hadn't arrived, and their response was that once they ship, it's no longer their responsibility, so they don't care whether it arrives or not. They say they aren't the real manufacturers but merely act as intermediaries. They charge with unsecured payment methods and don't reimburse the customer. Stay far away from these scammers. They lose face even for a few euros.
