URGENT COMMUNICATION NEEDED AND WE ARE BEING IGNORED! we are being taken to court over tha validity of the award they gave us, and accused of fraud, we contacted them via phone and email regarding this and promised phone calls back and we have received nothing, not only that it seems our calls are not being taken at all

A wonderful experience and highly recommended for the structural services

Paramount built have a good front facing customer service, and were ready to respond and answer all my questions. And if I needed changes made to plans, they were only to happy to help. Nice bunch.

ParamountBuilt have been very helpful in getting the questions answered and calculations done. They have responded quickly to any amendments needed and the staff are really friendly. I will recommend them.

I contacted this company at the end of August to resolve an issue highlighted by Building Control, but unfortunately the experience has been very disappointing.
Rather than fixing the problem, the work they carried out made the situation worse, and my project has been unable to move forward since then.

Building Control has now formally failed the report, clearly stating that the work does not meet required standards. This has caused significant delays, stress, and extra expense, and I am now having to seek help from another company to correct the mistakes.

I reached out expecting a professional and competent service, but instead I am left with unresolved issues and more complications than before. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Scammers. Avoid this firm. They did not provide services which they had agreed to in writing before payment was taken. Our structural report was also missing a lot of crucial details.

Their solution of course, was for us to spend more in hopes to receive the service we originally asked for.

Edit: They have just replied to this review saying they will 'be in touch'... Bearing in mind they have already been in touch, ringing me up asking me to delete this review 😂 they are a bunch of cowboys masquerading as a real firm.

Services was good and friendly. Miss Kriti Patel was friendly and helpful.
I recommend this company for future needs.

Although we were impressed with a professional invoice including a breakdown of everything we would receive as part of the survey and they turned up early - our experience went down hill from there.

The surveyor who turned up was unprofessional as he didn’t have the equipment required to gain access and he had his friend napping in the car. Although his friend helped him get into the loft, his breakdown of what was seen wasn’t clear.

He then proceeded to request an online review and questioned my rating (which made me feel like a poor rating would lead to a poor survey)

It then took over two weeks to arrive - after numerous calls to their customer service with no explanation as to why it was late.

And to top it all off, our further survey revealed far greater problems than were stated in the report, so it clearly wasn’t throrough

This company is conning people, We have used their services and after chasing them for days finally provided a report which has wrong adress on the report, can you imagine that and have failed to rectify to this day and send the report with right adress .
But more importantly they said to be Acredited before paying for their services but are not able to provide proof of Accreditation certificate and we've paid for something that is useless because it can not be provided to the Mortgage Provider.

I will never trust again any company that does not show all the standards from before commencing exchanges of any sorts of talks.

And lastly they are not what they pretend to be,belive me you would have a second thinking after finding out !

The company were very quick to respond and send out a structural engineer. They charged more than other companies, but given our messages, I was under the opinion they would deal with any party wall application required and so I proceeded with Paramount.

When the plans were returned to me, they were incorrect and not what I had specified. I provided a mock-up drawing as to what I had initially requested and they reviewed their work, but they have still not done it to spec.

The party wall application is “out of spec”, despite it being suggested initially that it would be included.

I wish I’d gone with another company. Paramount have been slow, more expensive and ultimately not delivered.

It’s holding up my whole project as a result.

After contacting the team, they managed to book the structural engineer very quickly. Following the assessment, the report was sent to me within the agreed timeline. Excellent communication and prompt service throughout. Thank you, Kriti Patel and the team at ParamountBuilt!

If I could give this company minus stars I would. AVOID THEM!
They provided a really good price for their services and it’s true, if a price is too good to be true, it’s probably a scam.
Paramount sent a man to do my house survey and he did half a job, he then wouldn’t leave our house until we gave him a 5 star review.
I provided original house drawings and also provided my own to scale drawings of the extension I wanted. I was promised a fast turn around. Weeks later of no communication I then Had to start chasing.
Eventually I was supplied with plans that were all incorrect, I must note that no one called me to discuss what I wanted. The plans I received were all incorrect, the house was drawn the wrong way round, the measurements were incorrect, my own drawings were completely ignored. I was then told it would be rectified. The plans were then resent again wrong.
I was then asked to go on an excruciating call with an architect and their team on zoom, were I had to dictate where existing walls in my property were. In my opinion, the survey should of been completed well enough this wouldn’t have been an issue especially for the existing property. 45 minutes later of painful conversation, where I asked walls to be moved back and forth, I was reassured the plans would be of better quality. The plans I received were still wrong.
At this point I asked for a refund which was on the 7th July, I was told the refund would take up to 15 working days, it’s now the end of August and I’m still chasing for my money.
Do not get suckered in by their competitive pricing, it’s competitive for a reason!

Terrible experience from start to finish. The service was unprofessional and seemed more focused on money than delivering results. They never completed the work, and I am still waiting for my refund. Highly disappointing. AVOID

Stay well clear! Paramount Built are frauds!
I’ve just got the money back from the fraud department at the bank. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! I’m so glad I saw the red flags before I paid more money. I don’t want anyone else to go through this dreadful experience.
