worst experience
I bought a wooden chess board the frame had scratches on it the board is getting out of its frame very very bad quality and and my customer service experience was even worse they dont have a return option on there website nor any customer support number i chated with the bot on the website got a number she told to send the pictures of board i sent it right away and thne she asked me to wait for an hour for the reply i waited 2 hours later i called again she said she was going to raise this to the authority and i will get a call tommrow 2 days passed no calls i called again she did not pickup the next she gave me another number to call after explaining the same thing to the new person she asked to wait for 5 min again no call after 5 minutes i called again 2 hours later she then me to share an unboxing video and said its written on the box to make one there was no such thing written i again explained the situation to her she told to wait while she talked to some senior its been 3 hour now she is not picking up my call i even mailed them about the issue but guess what no reply. never going to order again really really bad experience.

The chess sets were nice beyond…
The chess sets were nice beyond expectations. But the customer service is very bad. No response the questions at all. I tried sending them message in WhatsApp, Facebook and the website chat but none of them were responded. The WhatsApp message was just seen.
