Schlechter Kundenservice

Sensationelle tolle Outdoor Lampen.
Leider funktionierte ein Akku nach vier Wochen nicht mehr. Er wurde sofort zurückgenommen und ausgetauscht.
Da die Sendung von Deutschland kam bestätigte Frau Furfari dass für mich keine Zollgebühren entstehen. Ich bekam trotzdem eine Abrechnung von Chf 27.40. Frau Hilda Ponge Co von Paraconta, bestätigte mir im November 2025, dass Sie mir den Betrag sofort von Deutschland aus überweisen.
Heute , 09.02.2026, erkundigte ich mich , da noch keine Überweisung statt gefunden hat.
Frau Furfari schrieb mir zurück, dass bei der internen Akkuprüfung kosten enstanden sind, auf denen sie jetzt selber sitzen und aus diesem Grund keine Überweisung stattfindet.
Zur Info kostet eine Bulbee Chf 198- die Stehleuchte Chf 359.--

Lampes pleines d'eau au bout de un an ...

Bonjour ! Après un achat (cde 201665802 en juillet 2022) de deux lampadaires, les deux lampes sont pleines d'eau fin 2023... Bien entendu quand l'hiver arrive les mobiliers extérieurs sont enlevés et donc les lampadaires. Les deux lampes ne se rechargent plus et le SAV conteste juste que ça puisse être possible et réclame la date qui figure dans mon mail !!! ... Bref il faut éviter l'achat.
