Damaged Item
Parasol I ordered arrived damaged. No response to my emails and the phone number listed on their website does not exist. Wish I'd have read reviews before purchasing, it looks like a familiar story. Parasolshops is an unscrupulous company. Avoid.

Product was good quality but seal 1 cap…
Product was good quality but seal 1 cap missing from weight base, tried several emails and a phone call to a number that didn't exist & a message on their Instagram page
To request replacement seal as yet no response. So not impressed with their "excellent" customer service or the fact that they state they will get back to you within 24hours! Poor customer service as unable to contact them & no response to my emails.
