At first my parcel did not arrive in Italy and it went back to England , but l had very good help to get it back to me, as you can imagine the box was a bit battered, but parcel2ship repacked it and it arrived in perfect condition.
I have used this company for many years and found them excellent.

Easy to use service
I have used Parcel2ship on two occasions. I have found it easy to get the best price for the service I required. This was significantly cheaper than using some of the main logistic suppliers. My parcels were collected and delivered on the promised dates. A great service

Excellent Service
We often use Parcel2Ship to send parcels to Italy. The forms are easy and clear to fill in and the parcels arrive always within 2or 3 days. A first class service.

Your sent 7 parcels through us with ParcelForce in total, 5 of which were delivered successfully. 2 of your parcels were overweight, so were returned to UK. We arranged to have these then sent to our offices as you were no longer in the UK. We repacked your parcels according to the weight restrictions, creating 3 parcels, and sent them to you once again. 2 of these parcels were delivered successfully, and although one was declared lost by ParcelForce, it was later found and delivered.
On your behalf, we processed claims for the delays and returns connected to your orders. These were concluded by ParcelForce, and you were sent through all monies refunded.
During your case, all emails and other correspondence from you were replied to. Your case was problematic because you were no longer in the UK, so we acted on your behalf to get your returned items to you. Whilst a considerable delay did occur, you were compensated for it, as well as the previous 2 delays that occurred with the original orders.

Parcel2ship has opened a new world for us! Cheaper than excess baggage!
We have now used Parcel2Ship 3 times. Each time the parcel has arrived promptly in good condition. We are sending another parcel from London to Italy this week. This service saves us money in excess baggage costs we no longer have to pay. I have already recommended the service to friends and family.

I've used parcel2ship twice now, once within mainland UK and once to have a package collected from Northern Island and brought to England.
On both occasions I've been more than happy with Parcel2Ship's service, especially on the second occasion when I had to contact the company (via their live chat function, which is excellent to see in use). Not a problem with the company, merely that the courier they suggested (Parcel Force UK) listed Belfast as a location they *wouldn't* deliver to - but they will collect from the city. :s
However, the Parcel2Ship adviser checked it all out for me and confirmed Parcel Force UK do collect from N.I. - excellent assistance.
Going back to my first usage, again no complaints about Parcel2Ship, but the courier driver that time (CityLink) turned up in an unmarked van, whilst wearing a hi-viz vest labelled 'Veolia' (a waste disposal company!!) and carrying no collection receipts... Luckily, my parcel got to its intended destination just fine, and the CityLink failings are nothing to do with Parcel2Ship.
Overall, recommended. The choice of couriers and prices available are good and very competitive.
