Parcel HOME? They delivered my package to a pickup location clear across town. There appear to be countless similar complaints, regardless of the city in question. I never heard of this company before today, but I will definitely stop placing orders with any seller who chooses to use Parcel Home.
Don't call yourself convenient if you have 2 pickup points across the entire Jerusalem to choose from! How can you say you 'delivered' my parcel if it is 40 minutes away from my address??
Takes 10 working days to transfer from one ParcelHome Location to another???
Oh and I went to fetch during the times stated but guess what?? - CLOSED.

The box doesn’t work anymore. The app doesn’t work and therefore I can’t open it to get my post. Customer service doesn’t reply the messages and the company telephone also doesn’t work.
No customer service!
I bought their product here in Belgium - they were VERY quick to reply and get my money to install it. But when I encountered problems, NO customer service was given.

I would like to return my ParcelHome because it is not functioning as it should be.
I don’t get any notifications, I’m unable to use the app (because it crashes), also I can’t see the weight of the packages.
This is since the beginning.
For almost 2 years customer service promised an update to resolve the issue. This didn’t happen.
Therefore I now formally request a complete refund.
Dont buy anything from this company. Really poor support, nobody picks up the phone nor reply emails. After 6 months the mailbox started failing, communication with mobile phone doesnt work, mail box is always open and do not close anymore. So now I have a pretty new mailbox that is broken for almost a year.
My partner and I are on the road a lot and we are rarely home for our deliveries. This saves us a lot of time and has been working well.
