I purchased a medium size parcelhost post box Jan 2022.I am unhappy with same as it is constantly letting in rain and destroying letters etc. I have sent messages,emails and photographic evidence and have had absolutely no response.
I would not recommend this company to anyone due to their lack of inability to follow through on my problem and at least have the manners to respond to my emails etc.

I think the post man is even happier than I am with this box! I was forever missing deliveries and the neighbours were getting annoyed with courier leaving packages with them. 10/10.
