I HAD TO WAIT 2 WHOLE YEARS for a package with ParcelUp (order date: 5th July 2023)
1. The TOTAL PRODUCT VALUE was $27.32 (including the product, domestic shipping, and commission).
2. AFTER 2 YEARS, they suddenly told me I had to pay $55.58 for international shipping (and I was never provided with a DETAILED BREAKDOWN of these costs to JUSTIFY the charges)
3. I assumed that insane shipping fee covered CUSTOMS FEES, but surprise! I had to pay an EXTRA $20 when picking up the parcel at the office (yes, after all that cost, they didn’t even deliver it to my door, I had to go get it myself...).
I WILL NEVER USE PARCELUP AGAIN. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. Terrible experience.

Since then, it has been available for withdrawal or for payment for any orders you may have. Absolutely fantastic service
Absolutely fantastic service. Couldn't get a specific item in the UK and ParcelUP were able to obtain it and ship it for me. The shipping wasn't cheap, but I suspect that's something decided by the couriers and not by ParcelUP themselves. ParcelUP even took photos of it once it arrived and before I paid for shipping so that I could inspect the item and be sure that it was correct and undamaged.

Very helpful shipping service from China for foreigner!
Very helpful service for foreigners buying directly from TaoBao or other Chinese retailers, it's difficult enough to find required merchandise IN CHINESE, just to discover that majority of on-line sellers in China don't have INTERNATIONAL EXPORT PERMIT! Here ParcelUp jumps in between, after initial decision what one wants to buy, they take over completely internal sales and deliveries within China and organizing international shipping, informing accurately before each step, advising during the obtaining the merchandise (I wasn't aware there were two possible versions of same product) and generally being very helpful, with real pictures of ordered goods in their warehouse before final shipping. Shipping price in my case was high, compared to the price of units ordered, but ParcelUp advised me before going forward with the actual order, accurately quoting international shipping. In my case I agreed as those parts ordered I really need in order to fix my old model mobility E-Scooter for which there are no more parts in my country. Even during the Chinese New Year Holidays they were active! If only other companies and on-line sellers were so helpful and useful! Highly recommended!

This was necessary to ensure the parcel left before Chinese New Year for fast delivery. Otherwise, shipping it just 10 days later would have been possible, but you would have already received it. We felt this was the best option. The Tax ID is typically not required for express delivery, as an invoice is included with each shipment, and it accidentally slipped inside your address. However, this should not affect the delivery. We apologize for that; your parcel was shipped on the last day before the holidays, so we were in a rush to ensure you wouldn’t have to wait long. Chronopost is known for unpredictable delivery outcomes, and based on our declaration (item value), there should not be a tax for this order. Please examine your receipt closely, as the amount you paid is likely the processing or administrative fee (or whatever else they may call it) at Chronopost. We recommend requesting a detailed receipt indicating how much tax you paid.
Regarding the shipping fee, you selected express delivery, which is more expensive as it is calculated per 500g, while your parcel weighs only 0.2kg. By selecting Airmail, you would have paid under $10 for shipping. We hope this clarifies the situation for you, and we agree that French customs can sometimes be unreasonable.
