Absolutely useless. Do Not Use!!!!’not 100% sure this is a legit company!

Terrible service. No response. Waste of money.

The CEO, Brandon Howard, is proud to act unprofessionally while using the company accounts by bully a young girl online, because her dad cooked her food and she shared a video of it on TikTok. Why? Who knows maybe it's because his parents did not love him as much as he desired. However he did this with the company account on TikTok. Next she messaged them to let them know maybe their TikTok was hacked and he decided he'd through his weight around and continue bullying this girl. Then the company threatened legal action against the girl for showing all the proof that Brandon Howard was acting like a child. That's my review of the company and be careful who you surround yourself you're guilty by association.

This company is all computer automated. It is next to impossible to talk to a living person. Their online AI sucks and is not helpful in the least. I have been on the phone for hours with the school trying to resovel the problem that I have never received my transcript. Ultimately, the school only has the capability of submitting a request to Paarchment and hope that someone does something. The order was placed 8/31/24 and on 9/17/24 I still do not have a copy of my electronic transcript. This company needs some serious work to get things right. I know I am not the onlhy having problems. I am on the phone now with Parchment andd asked to escalate my call and they can't because they are all working from home. They have no way to talk to their supervisor. Who is is supervising this mess?
I was just informed that this is an offshore sompany not located inthe USA.

They are either a scam or useless. I thought I’d give them a try but I truly wish I didn’t… and no one should! Take money with no refund or items. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Thieves! I ordered an official transcript from a college thru Parchment. They initially emailed me stating that my record could not be found. When we contacted Parchment after a while, they told us that the document was sent. We checked again and it was sent SPAM box. When we tried to click on the link to access the transcript, the link expired already. We called Parchment and they said “sorry not sorry” but pay us again. What?

I paid for my official transcripts, they never sent them and refused to refund me. Their system is set up to be predatory and make the user pay more fees due to strict time windows, unclear instructions, bad UI, and a barrage of emails.

I ordered my transcript TWICE and it never reached the desired destination. Customer service is a joke. They never solved the problem. And suggested I just go pick it up myself.

Oh and don't fill out the surveys. They obviously don't read them.

Paid for a transcript that they couldn't send b/c I owe the college money. When I asked for a refund b/c the transcript wasn't sent. They simple said no.

Parchment's leadership seems to have distanced themselves from the company’s issues with poor customer service and questionable ethics, though I doubt they've set similar boundaries when it comes to their own paychecks. I ordered a copy of my transcript but never received it. It appears that Parchment operates on a model that accepts a certain level of theft, hiding behind a façade of detachment. They’ll likely keep raking in unearned revenue until educational institutions step up to protect students and demand improved service. While I wouldn't recommend using Parchment’s services, unfortunately, there aren't many viable alternatives.

Didn't receive my transcript in time needed, was told it was my fault by customer service. just use someone else for your own sanity.

Horrible bigot with no "experience or skills" in comparison to me. Through his own claims he's just a big stoner, wonder where he even got the money to start up seeing as he likes to cast stones at anybody who gets a leg up. HORRIBLE customer service. They sent my records to the issuer instead of the intended destination. Zero regard given by customer service. I am told to pay again. Unethical business practices.

Do not order from them, garbage company with peanut brain CEO. Also should go under the investigatiopn for Fraudulent business practices and their payment system does not abide by the FCBA.

This company has unethical and illegal practices. If there is any attorney or federal agency willing to look into why and how this company has access to sensitive documents please do so. I have concern they are mishandling and possibly engaging in security and inhuman practices of handling such data and information. A valid fact is their payment system does not abide by the FCBA which is a fact and a huge concern as this is clearly a sign of a third party service having access illegally and unethically.
