Poor quality product, poor customers service

When I ordered from this company I thought that I was getting good, high quality parchment paper to bake with. What I got was the farthest thing from that. The paper singed in my oven and almost started a fire. I tried to reach out to customer service about this but was called a troll? This company doesn't know how to do business. 0/10 would not recommend even to my enemies.

Parchment paper

Awful. Awful business ran by an equally awful CEO. The thing with the Internet everything you do will haunt you forever. Good luck with you linkedin network by the way. Hope no one is stupid enough to trust a company that user the official accounts to troll.

Brandon Coward

I've just Googled this company after seeing about the drama Brandon has created. What an absolute moron... replying to some of the comments on here trying to save face is honestly so cringe inducing.

Brandon, you f*cked up. Your company is not going to survive this with your attitude. You immediately strike me as somebody who doesn't have any friends because no friends would allow someone to behave like this publicly. And to outright lie about never having tik tok despite the proof.. baffling. 🤔 you are acting like a child who has been caught out in a lie. Because you are.

Bully Brandon

Bully. Not a true conservative. As a veteran, conservative, and the very definition of anti-woke all I see is you being a whiny liberal Brandon.

You're not a man. You don't exert masculinity... It's the opposite. You call people snowflakes, but you're the person we coined the term for.

You know the liberal girl who just screamed non-stop in Times Square, that is how I picture you.

You are weak-minded, uneducated, and seems you lacked male structure in your life.

I'm extending an invitation to fishing here in Tucson, Az (don't expect to catch anything) Let's sit down and figure out why you are so angry, and have an obstinate outlook on life.

Edit after response:
Brandon tried to contact this site, saying he doesn't know what I'm talking about. Lol

Ofcourse you do snowflake. Don't hide behind your screen now..

LOL!

Homeboy CEO got butthurt over a tiktok of someone's dad cooking a meal, literally child behavior. Harassed the poster of the tiktok for no apparent reason. Threatened legal action but couldn't even spell "cease" correctly (as if he even has grounds for any legal action to begin with). There are plenty of places to get paper that aren't from a manchild bully. No thanks.

Learn From This

If that's how you treat a potential customer then I'm gonna go ahead and frolic away from your downward crashing company. I hope when you pick yourself up out of the rubble of your own consequences... you learned a little humility.

Horrible CEO and horrible product

Horrible CEO and horrible product. DO NOT buy parchment paper from this man. I saw all the allegations online and I couldn’t believe it until I did my own research. The CEO is a horrible human being who doesn’t have any self respect. I also decided to buy some parchment paper and after cooking in the oven it left a weird smell on the food and there was some toxic fumes coming off. My eyes kind of burned after that all day.

If you have parents who love you

If you have parents who love you, this is not the company for you. According to Brandon (who has never been loved) a parent cooking for their child is a bad thing and that weakness must be stamped out of society. He even has a legal team working on seizing and desisting this new trend

Terrible website even worse CEO

I went to the actual website and it only leads you to the title page with no options to allow you to navigate the website. After reading countless reviews and watching several videos I'm actually glad I wasn't able to make a purchase. I'll stick with good ol reliable Reynolds. You suck.

Disgusting CEO

Poor man, sad because his daddy couldn't cook him a meal and couldn't teach him to be a decent human being. For you to think you're "contributing" to the financial economy of the U.S. is a joke. Guess you have no idea how the internet works. When you get enough BAD clout your business is going to suffer. Looks like you'll be out of business within a month or two. I guess ethics and grammar aren't the only thing you weren't taught, because you lack basic sense of how to mess up your whole company and the lives of those who work for you. Better start getting right with the unemployment office because you are going to have a lot filing for it once you shut down.
