efficient, helpful and easy to use
I arranged a parcel delivery through Parcel2go this evening - it was quick and easy to do. However, I then discovered that the person I was sending the parcel to was not going to be available on the specified delivery date. So I contacted the company via the confirmation e-mail and was very quickly directed to a live chat representative by the name of Jack who advised me of my options.
I have to say that Jack was very quick to respond to my query and he was extremely helpful. He also demonstrated a sense of humour which I find refreshing in this day and age of automated everything. It was nice to know I was actually chatting with a human being albeit it via a computer keyboard.
All in all, I cannot fault my experience with this company today and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to others.
