Parfect were perfect to deal with!
Parfect Design were so easy to deal with and the finished product was exactly as promised.
They even made changes to take into account the most recent (and on-going) alterations to the course from satellite photos I provided.
The frame is good quality too!
Can’t recommend them enough.

Unique picture and parfect gift for a golfer.
It was a pleasure to deal with Harry who took note of my suggested edits in order to accurately portray my home course. He was always courteous and prompt with any revisions which was appreciated. The final picture is lovely and I am really pleased with it especially as it was a gift.

Easy to use website. Great product. Poor communication.
I was very impressed by the ease of using the website. The unique nature of the print being the main reason for placing an order for my husband’s 70th birthday. I did so and expected to receive an email with a draft of my print for me to preview but as this didn’t happen, I became concerned that my order may not have been received. I emailed the company and got no response however it is now clear that, despite me checking my spam on a daily basis, I somehow failed to receive the proof. Fortunately, Parfect knew that my print was for a special occasion and dispatched it to ensure that I wasn’t disappointed and it arrived 8 days later. I was extremely pleased with the results and my husband was overjoyed. All in all I would recommend Parfect as the quality of the print is individual, excellent in detail and printed on high quality paper.

Your order was placed on 22nd July, and we sent your bespoke design for approval less than 24 hours later on 23rd July - well within our stated 72‑hour timeframe. We also sent follow‑up messages on 26th and 28th July. It seems these may not have reached you, possibly due to them landing in a spam or junk folder.
As we knew you needed the order in time for your husband’s birthday, we went ahead and printed and shipped without confirmation to make sure it arrived on time. We also included a note inside your order explaining this.
