The Merchant of Venice, Gyokuro

I ordered The Merchant of Venice Gyokuro and the entire experience was flawless from start to finish. Excellent communication, careful packaging, and the fragrance arrived in perfect condition.
As for the perfume itself, it is simply unlike anything else. Japanese green tea, peach, delicate florals and a warm sandalwood base. Refined, intimate, and truly special.
I wholeheartedly recommend parfumaria.com genuine professionalism and authentic products. I will definitely be back!

Great prices, huge selection, and a friendly team!

It was my first time ordering from this shop. I had read mixed reviews beforehand, but my personal experience was purely positive and brought me such pleasant emotions.
I was looking for a specific perfume on the ParfuMaria website that was hard to find elsewhere because it had been discontinued. Not only was it in stock here, but the price was also fantastic. I had a question about the fragrance, and they replied very quickly. After I placed my order, they emailed me with an amazing offer: instead of just the 100ml bottle, they offered me a gift set that included a body lotion. The set was originally more expensive, but they gave me a discount so I didn’t have to pay anything extra, just the price of the perfume. It was such a lovely surprise!
The order arrived very quickly and was securely packaged. There was even a little treat inside-several samples of stunning niche fragrances. Huge thanks to the ParfuMaria team and to Maria personally! I wish you wonderful customers and continued prosperity for your business!

Legit perfumery and great deals!

First up. This IS NOT a scam website. Everything is 100% authentic. I ordered a bottle of Zoologist Seahorse in the old version wich I couldn't find anywhere else. So of course I had my doubts but everything went smoothly and I received the bottle in perfect condition. Not only that but to my surprise it was also the limited edition wich is even more rare! I also had some problems paying but those were my fault and the customer service handled them perfectly. Great Website, will definitely order again!

Amazing.

I just received Snowy Owl by Zoologist in the old-bottle variant, which I thought I would not be able to find anywhere at this point, and I’m happy I managed to get it. Thank you so much. Very fast and efficient shipping, a fantastic selection of perfumes, and a generous amount of free samples. I will definitely order again.

Terrible attitude

I ordered a batch of samples (all of the same brand and same value) before, and it was perfect when I received them.
This time, the samples I received (same order, same brand, same value, yes I've read your policy) are less than half the size of the ones I received before.
I emailed them, and they replied immediately to tell me the samples were 1/4 full, as per their policy.
A) they are not 1/4 full (I sent photos of this)
B) the policy does not state that the samples will be 1/4 full
I shouldn't be receiving way less for the same cost.
The only positive I can find about this order was that I received it quickly. Other than that I'm dissatisfied.
I'll certainly think twice before I order from here again.
They reply and say their camera footage shows the vials being filled correctly and that due to transport, the levels may seem different. No, sorry, this doesn't wash.
I have adjusted my score from 2 to 1 stars and will definitely not be placing any more orders here.
Companies like this that refuse to own their mistakes, and that insult their customer's intelligence are the worst. Never again!
By the way, they sent me a load of legalese by email to force me to change my review.
There are comapnies which maintain their customer base by being easy going, making gestures, being understanding and reasonable (I myself am such a company owner) and others which immediately refute any issue, and the customer is always wrong. The tone of my communications with this company, and their unwillingness to remotely consider my reasonable explanation, put them clearly in the second category, immediately on the defensive and providing a different reason each time why I am wrong.

Great experience, wonderful customer service

I placed a small order with ParfuMaria and my experience was absolutely delightful! Initially, I planned to pick up the order in person, but due to my work schedule, I was delayed. Parcel never received and declared as…

Parcel never received and declared as lost by the transportation company - DHL. Of course, no refund, and no help from the Parfumaria customer support. They advise me to call the transporter and find my parcel, nonsense. I bought the parfumes from Parfumaria, I don’t have anything to do with their partners, nor is my job to run for the parcel. Never again, zero stars

Turkish bazaar level of service

What I've received AFTER placing and paying for my order:

"Unfortunately, you used the discount code for products where this is not allowed. Perhaps you have not read the text with the discount voucher?"

It was a 5% voucher which discounted the order by €7. A code which the website literally gave me in a pop-up window! The absolute level of pettiness 😂

Is this some kind of kindergarten joke? Does this store consider itself a professional seller? You're offering luxury goods in luxury prices so how about you start offering a luxury service too?

Shipping costst are a complete scam too (literally - it's how sketchy stores offset the cost of discounts on products). €29 for regular postal parcel! I had orders shipped from JP cheaper than this 😂

This is not regular shipment but dangerous goods shipment.

Horrible shopping experience.

I would advice not to shop from there!
I placed an order with them and a few days after I received a shipping notification, I got a strange email from a lady in Germany who received a wrong order, and ParfuMaria told her that it was mine. Without consulting me, they gave her all my information so that she could forward the package to me.
Fast forward a few days: the package was lost, Hermes says that there was no recipient name on the package, ParfuMaria claims that actually, it wasn't my order, it was another one, and that my order is still stuck at a DHL sorting center.
I have requested a refund multiple times and that *if* any package actually arrives, I am more than willing to return it to them, but still nothing. No refunds, or packages, just horrible interactions with their customer service team.
