Ordered expensive perfume from…

Ordered expensive perfume from Nasomatto, paid ridiculous price for delivery so it will be delivered on 27th by EOD and still have not received anything...
One star for now until the purchase actually arrives.

We would like to thank your for purchasing with us, we very much appreciate it. At Parfumarija we welcome all reviews, both the good ones that energise our hardworking team as well as the not so good ones when we have room to learn to do better. We do though ask for some balance. Your order came into us on the 19th December looking for a dispatch to Portugal. We dispatched with FedEx the next day. We offer free shipping for orders over €150, as your order came in below this amount the international shipping charge of €22.50 applied. Please note this is below what it costs us to deliver to Portugal using FedEx, we absorb the balance of the delivery charge. Our website indicates that international deliveries will normally take 5 to 8 working days. A delivery on the 27th would be the fourth working day from when we received the order and while FedEx often deliver quite quickly this is not guaranteed, and especially so during the busy Christmas period. At no point did we indicate that your delivery would reach you on the 27th December. FedEx does send automated mails indicating expected delivery dates & times once a parcel has gone out and if they did raise expectations of a delivery on the 27th we apologise for this. We do hope you can appreciate that we have made every effort for a fast turnaround on your order and have acted diligently on the things we can control, and also that we are not profiting from the delivery charge. We do hope your order will arrive shortly and will keep a watchful eye on the tracking.

Voucher Gift

I needed a voucher quickly and it arrived very fast!The shop has a vast selection of wonderful perfumes and the patron is so patient as you make up your mind which of the perfumes to purchase.I am pretty sure that anyone would appreciate a voucher from Parfumarija.
