Placed an order on the 5th January and my purchase has still not arrived. It is supposed to take 8-12 days and we are now on the 22nd January.
No response from emails and no way to contact them on the phone. The tracking number just shows that the details have been entered but the package not handed over. Absolute robbery of CHF 58 - I WANT A REFUND.
This is not a company I would buy from again.
I spent 166 euro on a product. Got no receipt, no confirmation.
Neither have I received the product to date. They have not responded to my emails.
I expect a resolution to my problem as this is not a nominal amount of money for me.
Do not use this company.
Second Update 12.10.24:
After a fruitful and lengthy mail exchange with Parfumtoi, I was made aware of what happened and that the CZ Post is behind all the trouble. And do not want to be vindictive. I got my money back. And will give Parfumtoi.ch another chance.

After filing a criminal complaint with the police, and informing Parfomtoi.ch about it, I was fully reimbursed.

Unfortunately I can not rate Parfumtoi.ch with less than one star. Or I would.
I ordered a body oil, on the 24. August 2024. Shipping supposed to take maximum 8 days. Parfumtoi changed the status to completed, even though the oil never arrived. The parcelnumver provided as supposedly the Swisslink, comes up as invalid and unknown/not allocated to the Swiss Post. Parfumtoi.ch now refuses to answer any email from me requesting information on the status of my order, nor are they answering my two latest requests to simply refund me and forget about it all.
So, as last resort, I rate them here and I will be contacting the Swiss cyberpolice on Monday, the 23.09.2024 to file a criminal complaint.
