Frédéric Malle Rose & Cuir
I ordered Frédéric Malle Rose & Cuir Eau de Parfum 30 ml, sold as a new product. Unfortunately, the fragrance arrived already unsealed. The cap and the bottom of the bottle show visible signs of wear, and the perfume sprayed immediately from the first press, which strongly indicates prior use (new fragrances normally require several empty sprays).
Receiving a used product when paying for a new one is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience.

To clarify one important point for readers: the bottle was received physically unsealed (no factory wrapping), not merely with damaged outer packaging. My concern was never about authenticity, but about the condition and presentation of an item sold as new. I am sharing this experience so others can make an informed decision.

This was my first time ordering from Parfyymi Klikkaus. If I remember right, my order arrived in less than a week and everything was in great shape. I’ll definitely order from them again! They have got a good selection and their prices are pretty competitive.
