I ordered a couple of sweaters and some trousers from here. After reading the reviews, I was a bit worried. Loads of people were saying it’s a scam, that they’d been waiting months or that nothing ever showed up. I ordered just after Christmas and it turned up after about three weeks. It came from China. Quality-wise, it’s nothing special, but it’s not bad either

Great experience most especially from customer support, the shipping got delayed due to the courier’s fault but it’s understandable and the quaulity is great. Will recommened and the ratings here prove me wrong

They stole my money, took the money and never delivered my order and stopped answering my emails and contacting attempts

I attempted to cancel within half an hour of reading the trust advisor reviews, and it still got delivered, I still got charged, I never opened the package and they’ve violated my consumer rights by not respecting, this company should be avoided at all costs, it’s pretty obvious especially with their automated emails it’s a drop shipping company with automated staff, I don’t even need to open package to know it’s probably Temu stuff, I’ve been trying for a while to get this refunded and the best the offer, again in automated fashion is a 15% refund and keep item, which is not satisfactory, or an exchange which tbf why would I wish to buy from them again if this is how they behave. Their customer service is non existent yet their email address you contact for support will still non stop send you daily emails advertising their products and discounts, which begs the question further if they quote throw away 30% discounts why would I settle for a 15% refund, this company is obviously drop shipping and will resort to even illegal business practises like not respecting a consumer rights request.

After ordering the wrong sizes of two pair of pants I attempted to return them-for a refund.
-I was refused; instead I was offered two options: recieve a 15% discount and keep the two items...
- return the items at my expense and select other merchandise from the same store with the same price.

I didn´t want to select any of their merchandise becuase I wasn´t satisfied with the quality.
Initally, I tried to cancel the order after seeing other negative reviews-but was denied. The said "I could receive the order and return it for a full refund".

Another red flag was while looking on their website for the materials of the pants-there was no mention of the what type of material that the pants were made of.
Lessons learned: while ordering on-line use search tools like TRUSTPILOT to assist you.

I placed an order with PARIJAN and it has been many days, yet my package still shows only “shipment information received” with no movement. This means the carrier has not picked up the parcel, even though customer service keeps repeating the same generic messages about “holiday delays.”

I have contacted support several times, but the replies feel copy-paste and do not provide any real tracking, pickup date, or proof of shipment. I’m also traveling soon and needed my order on time, but there has been zero transparency about when it will actually be delivered.

Very disappointed with the lack of clear communication and slow handling. I will update this review if the situation improves.

Made an order with these guys early December and scheduled to be delivery within a week, well that was a lie, took almost a month after chasing up my “luxury pieces” that were completely overpriced for the quality of the items.

After reaching out regarding a returning items that don’t fit for a refund to the ceo “Thomas” who apparently reads all emails that are sent (ignoring customers must be his favour hobbie evidently) and someone named “Sheila” who had the decency to reach back out and tell me that they can only offer up to 20% of a refund and they would have to receive the items back? What kind of fraudulent business is this???

Premium quality, my son loved the clothes. We will order again!

It’s my second order with Parijan and I’m always satisfied about the quality of their products especially the loafers and cable quarter zip

Dont buy anything, Return is on your cost and cancelation is only within 24 hours they say, i canceled it 30 mins after i ordered.

Scam Business

I ordered from Parijan Official after seeing an Instagram ad. The website looked legit, so I spent around $400 on clothes.

About a week later, I started reading reviews and realized it appears to be a Chinese dropshipping store. I also began receiving constant promotional emails and repeated order-delay messages like “we have many orders, your order will be delayed,” etc.

After another 5 days, I emailed them asking to cancel my order. They ignored me for several days, then replied saying my order had been dispatched so they “couldn’t cancel it.” I told them I wouldn’t accept the delivery and wanted a refund. They said okay.

A month after ordering, the package arrived and I refused delivery. But later I received another package delivered as an unmarked AliExpress-style parcel. I only found out it was from Parijan after opening it (I was awaiting another package from AliExpress).

I emailed them again. No reply. After 3 emails they said they would refund me, but they needed time to “process it internally.” Then they stopped responding again.

I sent over 20 emails. After the 25th email they offered me 20% refund if I kept the items. After I refused, they offered 30% refund if I kept the items. I kept pushing for a full refund.

Eventually they sent me a refund request form and said I need to ship the items back to France, but their system shows I’m outside the return window — even though it had only been 15 days since I received the items (not 30+ days).

They are now refusing a refund.

I will be escalating this with my bank and requesting a chargeback. The products are clearly cheap items from China sold at a huge markup. I found the exact same items on AliExpress for less than half the price.

Avoid this site. It’s deceptive dropshipping and they make refunds as difficult as possible. They also push a 15% affiliate program, which tells you everything.

First of all, the quality of the goods is quite poor. The materials look very cheap, and the clothes actually look worse than in the photos. I would say the pants are like plastic. In my opinion, this is a Temu or Shein level product.
The second thing is the unreasonably long delivery time between placing the order and receiving the goods.

They wrote that in Europe its could take 7 days, which is a lie. I placed my order on December 13 2025, my order didn’t arrive yet, i tried to contact through instagram, lot of time last they gave me this confirmation from Ctt, which is another lie, i tried to contact ctt, they said they didn’t even receive delivery pick up. Check trustpilot before buy from them, they are nothing accept scammers. I just lose 103€. Avoid them

Terrible quality, completely misleading adverts across social media, when you try and return they try and negotiate before being completely ignored. Requested refund on the 10.12.25, they told me not to return, not heard from them since, but still got 2/3 emails a day with offers, avoid this company and keep your money!

I wouldn’t recommend buying from Parijan generally. I purchased a small cardigan which turned out to be far too large to be considered a small. The returns process has been very difficult because Parijan really didn’t want to take the item I purchased back and provide me a full refund. After insisting, they allowed me to fill out a returns form which then remained unprocessed for a number of days despite telling me it had been processed. In effect, this withheld the instructions on how to return the item and where to return it to. On the whole, I’ve been rather disappointed with how the company conducts its returns procedures and I don’t really feel able to invest in this brand again. I would recommend other buyers be extremely wary of purchasing from Parijan.
