Parik24 accepted bets on this match as a standard 90-minute football game. There was NO information that the match format was actually 120 minutes (2x45 + 30).
However, the match was planned for 120 minutes from the start. Teams and coaches knew this in advance, which clearly affects tactics, tempo and player stamina. This makes the event fundamentally different from a normal 90-minute match.
Additionally, Parik24 removed the match from live betting already at the 14th minute, which indicates they were aware of the unusual format.
After several support requests they refused a refund and kept changing their explanations:
– first said settlement is strictly by 90 minutes,
– later said settlement is “based on actually played time”.
These are contradictory statements and show lack of transparency.
Even as a VIP client, the issue was ignored.
Be careful with this bookmaker. Rules interpretation changes when it benefits them.
