Working with Paris Unravelled made my trip feel effortless from start to finish. What stood out right away was how carefully they listened to my interests, my hesitations, and what I really wanted to get out of the trip. They took the time to understand not just what I wanted to do, but how I like to travel, and designed an itinerary that genuinely reflected my goals. It felt like they picked up on my personality and created something that fit me perfectly, not something generic or one-size-fits-all. Every recommendation made sense for me and made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. Communication was always clear and warm, and I felt supported the entire time. It made such a difference in how much I was able to relax and fully enjoy Paris, and I would absolutely work with them again.

We utilized the services of Emma and Hannah for a guided tour of Normandy. From the start to finish, very professional, informative and helpful. First a video chat to determine what our thoughts were; we were provided with options and once our plans were finalized, Emma and Hannah found a perfect guide and planned all the details, from train rides, etc. Included details with train tickets, when to arrive at the train station, how to find our seats, length of the journey, etc. Both very knowledgeble and I would not hesitate to use their services again if needed and definitely recommend them.

Our experience with Emma and Hannah was the BEST. They were very thorough with all the information that we would ever need. We had a video chat to decided what we wanted to do. They provided us with several options and followed up promptly. We decided to do a day trip to Normandy from Paris and they planned every detail. They found us the PERFECT guide who was absolutely wonderful. They scheduled our day from start to finish. Sent us a PDF with all info we needed and included our train tickets, how to get to the train station, how to find our seats. They both were extraordinary and went beyond what we anticipated. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who is planning a trip.

Hannah and Emma were engaged by our group in early October to provide us with guided tours in Paris as well as accustomize us to being in this beautiful city.
They did an excellent job of making arrangements and fulfilling our needs. My wife and I would highly recommend Hannah and Emma especially if you are visiting Paris for the first time.
