Customer service: sell it in marketplace and comeback to get another $300 dress.

The worse company to sell you a dress for a special event. My daughter got her dress and week after found out she is pregnant. Contacted them after 3 weeks to exchange her dress and she got a cold no. More than that she got advised by customer service to sell it on marketplace and go back to them for another $300 dress.
No, that is the worse company.
Zero care-fromP&F , to just go and buy another from them . Never.

This is the worst clothing company I…

This is the worst clothing company I have EVER had to deal with. PREPARE TO BE OUT $100 WHEN, I REPEAT WHEN, YOU RETURN YOUR DRESS. I have been in a lot of weddings as a bridesmaid, this was the most expensive dress I've ordered and the POOREST quality by far. Not only is the quality TERRIBLE, they deduct your total $25 when you return your dress (even though you will pay for shipping at the post office), AND you will get a bill for $30 from FedEx in the mail for the return. YOU CANNOT LEAVE A REVIEW ANYWHERE ON THEIR WEBSITE FOR A REASON. When asked about the reason for return, they did not even give the option of "poor quality" or "other" to give feedback. This company has gone out of their way to keep people from being able to give a poor review. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

NOT WORTH IT!!!

Cute clothes—NOT WORTH IT!!!! Their customer service is so poor. I have been waiting weeks for a refund and nothing. I got dresses shipped to me from out of the country, and I ended up paying hundreds of dollars in import fees. None of this was told to me, even though I did a dress fitting, and she knew I would be shipping internationally. When I contacted them about this, they said it was my fault, and I should have known. You'd think they would be nicer for a small shop. Now, I have been waiting weeks for my return.

Undisclosed charges, terrible customer service

Do not order from here if based in the USA. This company does not disclose during the ordering process that you will have to pay customs fees - I was sent an invoice for $160 and they are refusing to cover it despite sharing zero information on this during the buying process.
