I have used Park and Go at Bristol Airport several times, and I've always been very happy with the service. This year I booked the car park for five days in April, but unfortunately, due to car probl... See more

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!! we got to the location which looks dodger as anything and they told us we would get a shuttle to the airport but they only had a little blue car waiting. Made us wait 20 mins for a taxi. On the way back we rang them before we set off and also when we landed to let them know to bring the car to the airport and they didn’t we had to wait ages before they turned up.
Be warned
NOTE: This review was left in response to Park and Go requesting me to leave a review. Since I did, I've had a message from them suggesting that I'd reviewed the wrong business! I booked Cophall Parking at Gatwick through Park and Go, as I've done a number of times in the past. But the last two experiences have convinced me not to use them again.
When I returned to my car the battery was dead flat and it wouldn't start. This can only have happened if something had been left on for a week - and I had left nothing on. On reporting this, someone came with a battery pack and jump-started it so they're obviously expecting this sort of thing. They must also have done the same thing to bring my car back from wherever they store them so cannot have been unaware.
This got me to thinking: On the previous occasion about 3 weeks ago, when I got back the radio station had been changed to a pop station which I do not use. I wondered why they should conceivably need to do this unless maybe the car had been taken on a trip of some length. So this time I left it with the radio deliberately switched off and had intended to note the mileage but regrettably forgot to do so.
Because the battery had been totally drained I had to re-enter the authorisation code to get the dash to light up. When I did so, a pop station again appeared on the radio. Someone had been tampering again.
So taking these two things together I have suspicions about what happens to vehicles when left at Cophall and I will use another car park in future.
So, if you do use Cophall, please be warned: at the very minimum take a photo of your mileage before you leave the vehicle.
We used Diamond Parking
We used Diamond Parking, Bristol, organised through Park and Go, the whole experience, first time, was impressive.
Overall ... very good and very happy
We rang 20 minutes before arrival at Heathrow T2. Once at the drop-off point, we had to wait about 5 mins for someone to collect our car. Clearly, in hindsight, 5 mins is not a big deal ... but at the time you do feel quite anxious ... in case no-one turns up.
Upon our return, our return flight was delayed by about 20hours. We rang up and told them that we would be delayed and wouldn't be able to collect our car until the next day. They thanked us for letting thems know. When we did get to the collection point ... our car was ready'n'waiting for us ... so that was great.
We didn't have to pay extra for an additional day's parking. And the airport drop-off and pick-up fees are included in the initial price (which would otherwise be an additional 2x £7 or £14).
So overall, we were very pleased and I would use them again.
Elite Parking was anything but
I used Park & Go to book car parking for 5 weeks and a transfer to Heathrow airport. I chose one of their recommended park and ride options, Elite Parking Park and Ride. However, on the day of our departure we arrived at the car park, 20 minutes earlier than we booked for, only to find the car park closed. We spent over half an hour trying to contact Elite parking via the numbers provided to no avail. Not only did we then have to find alternative car parking at the last minute, we lost our money. I will not be using Park & Go again as they clearly do not check their suppliers.
Take car away & park it at Holiday Inn
Very unprofessional company waited for over 30minutes for them to return my car because it was blocked in. When I got home received a parking ticket for the amount of £100 Location Holiday Inn. Apparently they rent car park space from Holiday Inn. When I contacted them via Mobile, this is the only communication you have with them, I was told not to worry about the ticket, I'm thinking about reporting them to the DVLA . I would like to add very difficult to understand the person on the other end of the phone, put the phone down on me a couple of times as I asked him to explain slowly.
Met all our needs
For us it was important that we got to the airport with heavy bags on time and were collected promptly on our return with minimal walking to the pickup point. All of this happened and were pleased with the service provided
Brilliant service
Really pleased with the excellent service provided by this company.
Not only was the receipt and delivery of my vehicle conducted in such an efficient and timely manner but also the condition of my car on collection was outstanding. Unfortunately I did not immediately notice that my car had been cleaned and polished to such a high standard until the following morning.
I have used Park and Go now for my last 3 trips from Heathrow and will happily continue to do so.
If I could give them 0 stars I would
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Clearly went snooping in my boot and stole my money out of my purse! I didn’t want to take my purse away with me so hid it in my boot and moneys been stolen
The vehicle was damaged and the service was terrible!
I called while I was picking up my luggage and waited over an hour for someone to show up. The company ignored my calls, and I know many others have experienced the same thing. I even had to pay extra for parking when I went to pick up my car. Because it was raining, my car was covered in mud and clean debris, so I didn't notice the impact marks on the rear end. It wasn't until I got home that I realized they were trying to cover up the damage!
Their work attitude clearly indicated they were using a third-party comparison site to avoid negative reviews or compensation, so I decided not to discuss the issue with them, knowing it would be a waste of my time.

Phoned ahead of arrival at Stansted
Phoned ahead of arrival at Stansted. They had not heard of us! Gave them all the booking info. Stood like lemons in STN car park, so after 40 minutes phoned them. They then said we ahould be at Row H. Thanks for not telling us. They took photo of our booking email, so not expecting any problem on our return. No such luck! On return, after repeating our registration number 6 times they asked if we had returned early!! No - our flight was delayed one hour. Told to expect 30-40 minutes delay for car delivery. We will NEVER EVER consider using this incompetent shower.

Absolutely, terrible service!!
Absolutely, terrible service!!
On arrival, they had no information about my booking, even though I had a booking reference and confirmation email, having to convince them that I had a booking on the way to the airport. They still arrived 20 minutes after I did, to collect the car. He assured me that this would not be issue when we return as he would update the system.
On return from holiday, we called as instructed once off the plane. Again I was told that there is no booking in my name or registration plate, had to go back and fourth with their staff about weather they have my car or not. After collecting my luggage and making my way to the car park collection point, they was finally able to find my car, it then took another 15 minutes to get it to me. When it arrived it was filthy from rain and dirt, there was also muddy footprints inside the car, even though the days I dropped and collected it, there was no rain. 12 miles had also been added to the clock since I last drove the car. When I called to ask about the issues, the representative was extremely rude and argumentative about the things I had presented to him, which led me to write this review.
I would advise people to use another service as this one is very unprofessional.
Before they reply with the excuse that we booked through a third party, it was not the booking that is the issue, it was your overall service. 1 star is actually too good if possible, I would give a negative 5!

Waited 45 mins to be met to drop off car
Called 30mins before arrival, and again on arrival. Waited for >45mins for anyone to arrive. Company ignored calls, and there were many others in the same position. Had to pay for the additional parking time waiting to be met. Nearly missed flight, and out of pocket.
As you can see from their replies, they also try and hide behind third party comparison sites to avoid negative reviews

Good Experience with Park and Go at Bristol Airport
I booked 16 days of parking for £110, which felt reasonable for airport parking, especially considering the cost of long-term parking at the airport itself. The instructions provided were clear and easy to follow, even though both my departure and return flights were in the middle of the night.
Drop-off was quick and easy—within a couple of minutes of arriving, a staff member was there to collect my car. On my return, I simply called them once I had my luggage, and within 5 minutes, my car arrived at the drop-off zone. Everything was efficient and hassle-free.
Overall, I was really impressed with the service, and I’d definitely use Park and Go again for future trips from Bristol Airport. It’s great to find a reliable parking service that actually delivers!
No answer and no response
No answer and no response, not what you want at five in the morning catching an early flight. Complete break down with customer service and information. Luckly Easy Park stepped in and took over.
Saved by Park and Go team
My niece, with a fractured foot and a toddler, had booked her car into the Bristol Airport Oakwood car park. Her partner had to return to the UK unexpectedly, leaving her with no transport on her return. I travelled up from Wales to collect her, a fat, old Granny pensioner (way out of my depth) and I contacted Martin at Park and Go for some help and advice. To say they were unbelievably helpful and reassuring is an understatement. We are safely home. THANK YOU !
Drop off great return terrible
Drop off worked really well but not so on our return. We flew into terminal 2 but were advised car park was closed and we needed to travel to terminal 5. This was a long walk and there were big delays which meant lots of standing. I'd booked meet and greet as 1 of our party (my mother) has limited mobility and this was the easiest option for her. By the time we finally got our car back my mother was in a lot of pain and ready to collapse. Not a great experience.

Would have given it minus stars but it won't allow.
We waited 90 mins after calling them to bring our car to meet us after our flight. We were told (30 mins max )No apology no reason given for them arriving with our car so late.
I week later we receive a parking fine for tailgating another car to enter car park without paying. We were still flying in the air at this time. We have called company 7 times that have told us they will get someone to call us back- 2 weeks later we are still waiting. We paid 10 pound entry 84.00 parking for 3 days and 10 pound on exit. We have a fine for another 100.
We await a reply.
Annoyed - frustrated client- keep away from this company!
