Turned up 15th October; NO NOTICE; inconsiderate; leaning on neighbouring side fences peering over
These builders simply turned up to next door property with NO notice! They demolished a GARAGE just over other side of boundary; the former brick wall did 'screen' us well. The builders were noisy; leaning over my neighbouring fence; laughing etc. NO RESPECT at all! They have left us vulnerable with an approx. 12 feet wide 'open' area. Anyone can walk in from the road to the rear of neighbouring property - no side gates there; also possible for 'anyone' to walk in to the rear of OUR property. It is known that there have been several 'break-ins' in other residences around the village. They have compromised our security! When my partner went round to 'challenge' them they quickly drove off smirking ! We have had to erect merely some temporary 'chicken wire' plus a black material covering. This HAS been reported to Head of Planning with local Council and they have, or are, passing it on to their Enforcement Department. I was advised that they should have 'made good' this breach of privacy but mainly for our SECURITY.
