ParkBee is on a mission. City streets are filled with parked cars, while off-street parking spaces remain empty. Together, we can change that. We’re building a dense digital network of off-street parking locations, optimising underutilised spaces and making parking more convenient and affordable. We help drivers find, reserve or subscribe to their perfect parking space. Whatever your need, we have the space for you.

Avoid this company as not worth the risk
Despite paying online I've been sent a non payment penalty notice. After seeing some negative reviews online I thought I had done all I could to avoid issues but alas not. Problem is if anything slightly goes wrong it’s impossible to contact anyone to resolve an issue.

Loads cheaper and great customer service.
The app and the website could be better integrated but the people on the helpline are super helpful when you need their supports. And, of course, it's way cheaper than paying street or carpark fees directly.
Terrible Experience – Faulty System & Rude Customer Service
I booked parking with ParkBee via YourParkingSpace for my vehicle, but the app failed to lift the barriers, leaving me stuck. When I contacted customer service, they were incredibly rude and dismissive, offering no real help. This was especially distressing as I urgently needed to leave London early due to my child being admitted to hospital. Instead of resolving the issue, they made an already stressful situation worse. Absolutely unacceptable service—avoid at all costs!

First time using ParkBee
First time using ParkBee. I was a bit dubious tbh, after reading the reviews. I contacted them through WhatsApp and they were very helpful and helped me through the process. My experience was all positive. Paid online, then received a link to get us to the car park, which was great. Then we received a link to book in when we arrived and out when we left. Great experience, very easy. Thanks ParkBee, will definitely use again 👍🏽
QR code offering the only means of…
QR code offering the only means of payment was not working. There were, of course no members of staff on the premises. I am now facing the prospect of a £60 "fine" or pursuing an appeal. There are many words that spring to mind to describe this lot but I would probably end up in court for libel. In short, a disgrace.

Crowd smoking weed
This time everything was fine with automated gates and web app. Issue was a crowd smoking weed seated inside the parking at 7pm giving a sense of insecurity.
Arrived at my pre-booked car park in Arnhem
Arrived at my pre-booked car park in Arnhem, the car park did not recognize my license plate, no one picked up. Ultimately I missed my appointment.

The app navigated me to a wrong parking garage and they didn't accept the mistake
I recently used the ParkBee app for the first time, reserved a parking spot, and paid in advance. Upon opening the app and clicking the “navigate” button, I was directed to the wrong parking garage. Both Google Maps and Apple Maps provided the same incorrect location.
Believing I was at the correct garage, I attempted to open the gate via the app, but it did not work. Realizing I was at the wrong location, I found myself unable to legally exit due to the one-way entrance road. With my wife and two children in the car, and pressed for time to attend a movie, I had no choice but to park there.
Upon returning home and reviewing the addresses, I discovered the correct garage location manually.
I initially contacted customer support via WhatsApp but did not receive the assistance needed. After thoroughly reviewing the situation, I believe the navigation error was not on my part, and I kindly request a refund for the parking fee.
I proved the bug on the app but they didn't refund. What a shame

Outrageous overcharging
Didn’t properly explain the payment process in the car park. My £3.20 parking cost £17.80. Avoid or be really careful.
Edit: I paid £3.20 on the way out, all seemed well. Then the next day I got a demand from Parkbee of £17.80 and in the end they took £18.20. There was no reason for that, I'd paid on the way out. As my parking charge seemed to be going up by the minute I paid up. There was no option to get support on the website, no number to call. I have an email address now and offer of support, I'll see if I get any actual support.

Do not use! App issues resulted in fine
Decided to use parkbee in liverpool for the first time. Entered my reg and pre-paid in advance. Had an issue with my car the day prior to parking so asked a colleague to drive us. There is an option on the app to change the registration which I did more than 24 hours in advance. The app accepted the change so assumed all good. After parking (which was complex due to adjacent roads to site being blocked off) my colleague has received a fine. We are challenging this as parkbee say the reg change was not registered on the app even though we have sent the confirmation and screen shots as evidence. It is clear we paid, parked within the parameters we entered into contract for. Parkbee have offered to reduce the fine to £20 as this is the cost they state was incurred in admin costs to chase the original fine that they have said we do not need to pay.
Edit - ParkBee - you have responded to my review asking me to get in touch. Assume this is automated Bot as it does not seem to pick up key words as my review states we have already been in contact. Seems the customer service is as useful as the app!

Woeful of a company
Woeful of a company, sending threatening letter and court orders to my fathers address saying he never paid even though he has sent evidence that he has paid, screenshot of bank statements and numerous calls to the customer service team who are not interested. This has been such a stressful time on my father who already suffers with heart disease this needs to be sorted we have now seeked legal advice and took it to our local MP.

Avoid at all costs.
Avoid at all costs.
App doesn’t work
They don’t answer the phone.
I’ve heard fines even when people have paid.
Nearly ruined our night as had to rush looking for elsewhere to park.
Wish I could give no stars.

Booked and paid for space which wasn't there
Booked an evening spot at Brixton, and arrived to find no spaces and nobody there to assist (and all he cars are double/triple parked, so even if there had been a 'space' would have been impossible to get in and out quickly and easily). As I'd already paid, to arrive and find no parking was unacceptable - never again.

Very good application but unreliable service
Parked at the Westminster - Abbey Orchard Street. When I arrived there was no available parking spot on the designated areas. After panicking and circling a couple entered and luckily removed their car.
Overall it seems it's a lottery to actually park on the already paid spot.
The application and communication was very good and the price paid reasonable.
Unbelievable value for money
Unbelievable value for money. Cost me £7 for three days parking opposite the Premier Inn in Sunbury - I think the hotel charges around £15 per day. Highly recommended.

Liverpool central village
Seems to be a common theme here with Liverpool central village!
Received a letter from a debt collection company today with £170 charge for parking that was clearly paid for.
I have evidence of this on my bank statement.
I’ve received no emails or correspondence from park bee only this letter from the collections company who I’m currently trying to contact. No doubt this has already hit my credit file.
Parked here multiple times over the years before it was a park bee and never had any issues.
I’d recommend finding another car park on a point of principle even if it’s a short walk from your destination as I can promise you will have no issues with any of the other car parks in the city centre.
