Parking ticket sent 6 months after so called exceeding stay

What I'm surprised about we parked on Farnham Rd in a car park, didn't realise there was a time limit, in Aug 2025 only to receive a fine in Jan 2026 for it.

Is this even allowed?

I called to renew my parents carer permit. I was so lucky to have this kind caring gentleman (Khushid)answering my call. I can tell he was brought up in a family with lots of respect and kindness. Such an amazing person who helped me with patience and kindness. All I can say is GOD BLESS YOU KHURSHID and thank you 👌

A ticket mistake has been haunting me for three months, and their repeated letters demanding additional payment are driving me mad. The traffic wardens and staff involved seem utterly incompetent. Avoid dealing with them at all costs.

After having my plates cloned I recieved a parking fine through the door, we contacted Park Direct and it was all sorted out by Kacey, very helpful and responses were quick. Thank you!

One star is missing due to the fact no letters are sent to the registered keeper to check, by the time the letter comes through your time to appeal online has expired.the sticker on the window is your 28 day notice, how are you supposed to know if your plates have been cloned?

Very good customer service

My experience with Park Direct was good. Most importantly, they responded quickly. The first suggestion didn't work, but they came back with another which did.

A ticket given on a sunday evening! I was literally parked up on the phone in my car , call was 3 min long and a week later received a ticket through the post . Nothing more that sneaky money grabbers

Khurshid was very efficient in processing my annual parking permit application and provided me with the list, which I requested, of the parking available with my parking permit.
